Our beautiful sunny family home is less than 5 min walk to Mollymook Beach & Central to everything.
The house gets the beautiful sea breeze and glimpses of the ocean. Enjoy time on your choice of balconies chasing (or escaping) the sun or kicking back on the recliners watching a movie.
The space
Tucked away in a quiet coastal pocket, this inviting four-bedroom home offers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and a true beachside atmosphere. With glimpses of the water and the soothing sound of the ocean in the background, you’ll instantly feel relaxed from the moment you arrive.Just a short 4-minute stroll and you’re on the sand, ready for a swim, surf, or a morning walk along beautiful Mollymook Beach.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully set up for families or groups, featuring four spacious bedrooms including three king beds and one queen, ensuring everyone can spread out and unwind in comfort. Three well-appointed bathrooms add convenience and make it ideal for multiple couples or extended families.
Designed for easy living, the property offers multiple areas to sit, relax, and entertain. Whether it’s enjoying a coffee in a quiet corner, gathering for meals, or winding down in the evening, there’s plenty of space for everyone to come together or find their own retreat.

Upstairs;
- Kitchen, dining and main loungeroom and a balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting
- Master bedroom with an ensuite (new king size bed) and Smart TV
- Office desk with monitor in Hallway (study nook)
- Second bedroom next to the main bathroom with a shower and bath (new king size bed)
- Both upstairs bedrooms and loungeroom have brand new carpet
- Lounge is a recliner.
Downstairs;
- Second loungeroom with a Smart TV (perfect for kids or 2nd family)
- Third bedroom has a Queen Bed with an ensuite.
- Forth bedroom has a King Bed
- There is also another outdoor area with outdoor setting
We are also open to a small non-shedding indoor dog only but please note there is currently no fence. We have a wonderful walking track only 2 streets away and the closest beach is an on lead dog beach.
Dog must be approved by owner.
It is the perfect House for couples having 3 x King, 1 x Queen bed and 3 x bathrooms or 2 families with adults upstairs and kids or another Family downstairs. The house has 3 smart TV's.
We may ask to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏

Donna’s place was all we wanted as a holiday location for our larger family. Donna was so easy to communicate with and was kind and helpful. The place was roomy and perfectly located. We will hope to always stay here in any visits to the south coast. Tx again Donna :)

We loved our stay at Donna's house and was the perfect beach holiday in beautiful Mollymook! The house comfortably fitted 3 families with various living spaces across 2 levels, big backyard and lovely verandah with ocean views. Donna has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and includes quality appliances, well stocked pantry and little surprises like our chocolates! Also in a convenient location with walking distance to the beach, cafes, parks and shops. Short 5 or 10 minute drive to Ulladulla and Milton too. Donna was excellent to deal with from beginning to end and was definitely one of the best airbnb hosts we've experienced. Thank you Donna for a wonderful stay! Hope to visit again!

All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is an outside shower on the north side of the house. - No smoking inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Pets must be approved by owner (small indoor non-shedding only) - Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there - Please also do not leave the BBQ unattended at any time. PET RULES - We accept 1 dog, no-shedding and fully house-trained (we have carpet and owner has allergies). - No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. - We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains. - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please note the backyard is not fenced so again when outside you will need to make sure your pet is supervised. - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bin (not inside) - Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house. Please ensure checkout instructions are followed You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
