- There is a sunroom with x 2 single beds and has a TV (both TVs are smart TVs) a workstation (desk) and a lounge which is perfect for children
- There is x 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower
- The laundry is more like a butler's pantry/ laundry
- The house is fully fenced and the backyard is the water
- There are literally water views from the loungeroom, dining and one of the bedrooms.
- It has a Cottage vibe!
