This spacious two-storey townhouse is perfectly set up for families, with two separate living areas giving everyone room to relax.
Ideally located just a short stroll to local shops, cafes and restaurants, a short 5-minute drive to Surf Beach it's an easy, comfortable base for your stay.
Practical, welcoming and designed for easy living.
Unlimited WIFI, Smart TV's and A/C.
So sorry no pets are allowed in the block.
Downstairs has a bedroom, another small living room with a Smart TV. Bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and internal access to the garage as well as a courtyard.
We are the last townhouse therefore super private and there is another parking spot next to the garage.
We also have a sofa bed in the downstairs living area if you happen to have older children that don't sleep together. If you can please let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave out extra linen.
We may ask to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏
We only have a linen cupboard locked for supplies.

What a delight it was to spend one month in Donna’s lovely home over the Summer break. We felt as though it was our own home. As a family, the ease of walking to the local shops and local aquatic centre was a stand out. Short drives to Broulee and Mossy Point were perfect for our kids to kayak or swim safely. Every day was wonderful. Thank you Donna for allowing us to stay in your comfortable home.

All guests and visitors permitted at this premise; - No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is a hose up North side of house - No smoking inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there. Please ensure checkout instructions checklist You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
