THE DRIVEWAY

Please note that while some guests may find our driveway to be steep, others may not perceive it in the same way.

BACK-UP POWER

In the event of power failure, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

The inverter system will kick in automatically.

SECURITY

The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, perimeter non-climbing fence & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. Gate is padlocked to the beach. The house also benefits from security plantation shutters throughout

Bedroom One (upstairs): Master bedroom with a King size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, sofa, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, bath, shower & double basin

Bedroom Two (upstairs): Master bedroom with a king-size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, sofa, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & single basin

Bedroom Three (downstairs): King-size bed, sea views, air-con, ceiling fan, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & single basin

Bedroom Four (downstairs): Queen-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, sliding doors out to the courtyard, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with loo, shower & single basin

Bedroom Five (downstairs): King-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, sliding doors out to the courtyard, built-in wardrobes with shower and single basin in the bedroom and separate loo

Bedroom Six (downstairs): Kids room with four single beds, ceiling fan, freestanding wardrobe, sliding doors out to courtyard and garden and en-suite with shower, single basin & loo. This bedroom has its own TV and sofa.

​HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes a Live in housekeeper 7 days a week: from Monday to Friday, from 8 am until 2 pm.
Saturdays and Sundays 08h00-12h00pm. Public holidays are optional and at extra cost.

Weekly garden maintenance / live-in caretaker

2 Loads of laundry are included per day

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

RESERVATIONS
This house offers availability throughout the year
We do not accept student bookings & the owner will always give preference to family bookings.
Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.
High season bookings require 10-14 nights or more for this house
No parties are allowed at the home.
