The cottage includes a main bedroom with queen bed. The second bedroom includes bunk beds (double on bottom with single on top) and a further single bed.
The living space includes full kitchen amenities and opens to the north facing rear deck. There is a personal BBQ and fire pit in the fully enclosed rear yard for relaxing evenings.
Light and bright with uninterrupted views from all windows but very private as well!
Plenty of room to relax, free wifi and easy parking. Pets welcome.
The space
The property is uniquely located at the base of Gulaga mountain and right at the beginning of the Gulaga walking track. Surrounded by farmland and national park, the property's 4 acres of gardens and historic farm buildings create a unique setting for a special escape.

Guests are welcome to stroll around and enjoy the property.

Also located within this setting are a 1 bedroom cottage and a 2 bedroom cottage plus beautiful glamping accommodation options. The property's original Dairy has now been converted into a sunny courtyard and undercover relaxation area including lounging and BBQing facilities. As a whole, the property is perfect for group stays.

Surrounded by gardens and farmland but only a short distance to the beach and amenities.

Only 2.5km to Central Tilba, 5 minutes to our year round off leash beach and 15 minutes to Narooma and Bermagui.

We support local artists and all artwork in our cottages is for sale.
Guest access
As well as the cottage and its surrounds, guests are invited to enjoy the gardens and animals on the property.
The additional Old Dairy space includes a further BBQ and seating areas.
The Gulgaga National Park walking track is literally out the front door!

Prices shown are for 2 guests. Additional guests are $35 per night. Pets are welcome at an additional surcharge of $30 per stay.

It’s an idealic farmstead getaway surrounded by beautiful countryside. The hike up the Tilba trail is worth it and a trip into town is a must. Comfy bed.

I took my client who is disabled for a holiday to NSW from Victoria, we thought we would like to stay in Tilba Tilba and explore the district. Where we stayed at Kathryns accommodation for 3 nights was such a beautiful and tranquil place, with other options for accommodation on the same property. The environment was stunning with beautiful, maintained gardens and the scenery around was amazing. We explored Tilba Central where there are amazing old-time shops and Narooma which was only 15 minutes away was another stunning place. Beautiful beaches. shops and great Cafes and Restaurants along with fresh seafoods on offer. Thank you, Kathryn we loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the palm cottage for Xmas. It was a lovely peaceful environment. Waking up in the morning with the beautiful morning sunshine and then the mountains was heavenly. It was so private and quiet. A great rest from the city lifestyle. We enjoyed feeding and talking the animals. The ducks and chickens were cheeky and the horses loved to investigate you. Close to Central Tilba and walks. Great meal at the local pub in Tilba and great to have a general local store down the road to have a nice coffee. We will be definitely hope to come back soon in the future! Thank you Kathryn and family for a wonderful Xmas week.
