The bathroom has shower & laundry facilities.
Enjoy a very private rear balcony with uninterrupted views. The sound of the creek is a soothing soundtrack to the view.
Fully enclosed rear yard with outdoor bath/shower/fire pit. Pets are welcome.
The space is a digital hideaway-limited reception, no wifi but loads of DVDs and stress free reading time.
Wifi is available in our old Dairy space.
The space
The property is uniquely located at the base of Gulaga mountain and right at the beginning of the Gulaga walking track. Surrounded by farmland and national park, the property's 4 acres of gardens and historic farm buildings create a unique setting for a special escape.

Guests are welcome to stroll around and enjoy the property.

Also located within this setting are a 1 bedroom cottage and a 2 bedroom cottage plus beautiful glamping accommodation options. The property's original Dairy has now been converted into a sunny courtyard and undercover relaxation area including lounging and BBQing facilities. As a whole, the property is perfect for group stays.

Surrounded by gardens and farmland but only a short distance to the beach and amenities.

Only 2.5km to Central Tilba, 5 minutes to our year round off leash beach and 15 minutes to Narooma and Bermagui.

We support local artists and all artwork in our cottages is for sale.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to wander around the property and interact with our ducks, chickens and horses.

Access to the Gulaga walking track is directly from the property. It is only around 1km to the beginning of the National Park.

Guests are welcome to use the additional facilities in the Old Dairy lounging area including wifi, BBQ, seating, amenities.

Perfect spot to relax for a few days, Easy drive to the beach and the village. Be prepared for zero tv reception and no mobile service in the cottage but wifi available in the dairy 30 meters away.

We took our small well trained puppy for a road trip to Tilba Tilba and needed a dog friendly place to stay for a few days and were lucky enough to find this great location as the small backyard was fenced really well and we could safely let our little puppy run around. It was a really great stay.
