We are a family of five (3 adults and two teenagers aged 12 and 16) and enjoyed our stay at Richard's place. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, with a park and a convenience store nearby. The shopping area and metro access to central London are both about a 15-minute walk away. The house is atypical, with a lot of charm and has all the amenities you may need on a daily basis. Please note two points: it is not specified in the listing but the sofa in the living room is not convertible. It's just the office one that folds out, without a real mattress (not very comfortable for an adult, our 20-year-old son experienced it). Likewise, if you come by car, you won't be able to park on the street, even if there is space. Parking is reserved for residents only from Monday to Saturday and from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (a card is required, there are no parking meters).
