Nice place to stay off the Main Street. Needs Some maintenance to reduce light that comes in from all windows, and cold drafts. Very noisy as all neighbors need to go up the stairs next to the flat, that is the main con. Richard was very responsive. Generally, would stay again!

A lovely flat with good amenities, comfortable bed/linen. Fully functioning, in a nice location and easy for the H37 bus, walk to the train station, about 10 minutes. Disappointing that building work took place during the day and at the weekend. It's a good flat to rent if you're out during the day, but I had to work, which proved problematic.

Great place and Richard is a great host.. unfortunately there was works going on and the place was extremely noisy and this lasted the best part of 3 days of the stay.

We were visiting our daughter in Twickenham and this was a short walk or ride to there and very central to Richmond and walks along the Thames as well. The place was clean tidy and well equipped with a nice outdoor sitting area

We loved the apartment itself. It was wonderfully situated and clean and compact. The owners were excellent too- not so the management agency. To be fair, we booked on the day because another place fell through, but I did check in advance that it would be OK, being last minute. Once paid, the management agency’s instructions said we had to go to Fulham for keys - about an hour from the property. We wrote to check as it seemed odd - no response! Went to Fulham as it was getting late but they didn’t have the keys. Keys were at a shop a couple of minutes from the property. They wanted a code, which hadn’t been sent. I had to chase and wait for 20 minutes, with a taxi metre ticking outside. Once in the property there was no bedding or heating. Despite chasing, neither was organised until late on the 2nd day and we missed half a day with our family. Same confusion on checkout. Returning the keys turned into a drama too. Lovely property, owners were really helpful but agents are hard work.
