We were a little disappointed by the building itself and the cluttered entrance full of cleaning supplies. Bedroom window can't be left open because of safety concerns which would have been a dealbreaker for us in warmer weather. There is direct access to an unprotected rooftop. There were some other issues and lack of basic amenities like nightstands which could be easily corrected. After being informed of these, I was told they would be addressed, so hopefully they will. On the plus side, there is plenty of closet space to put your things away but only cheap wire hangers. A few upgrades would go a long way. Host was very responsive and friendly.

This was described as a "lovely retreat", it was not lovely, just utilitarian. And not a "retreat" given the busy street. Missing basic supplies, such as coffee filters, washing up liquid, although Stefan did bring over salt and pepper and cooking oil Overhead light in living room was defective, Stefan did not fix it although we reported it the first day. Cleaning had not been done carefully. We loved the neighbourhood, although it was noisy at night because of pub across the street. Not great value. Would not return to the same flat.

Great apartment in one of the best neighborhoods to stay in. Full of great restaurants nearby, we were able to do everything on foot.

Stefan and Tom are amazing hosts. they were always available and a message away. They helped me check in earlier and check out at an odd time. While also helping me with frequent different queries and requests. I would 100pc revisit their place if I visit London again.

This was the second time we have booked Stefan’s lovely apartment and we will be back. As always, such a super host with great communication. The apartment is in such a great location to everything and an absolute must if you want to be in a prime central London location.

Stefan was a fantastic host with perfect communication throughout. The apartment was clean and modern, exactly as the photos portray. The location is ideal if you want to be in the midst of the bubbly and atmospheric part of Fitzrovia. Would definitely stay again!

Stefan’s stay was absolutely perfect for a little London getaway. Close to theatres if you’re planning to watch shows and only a few minutes walk from multiple tube stations. Great location with great food and activities all around. He was also very responsive to any messages or questions!
