BACK-UP POWER
In the event of power outages rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

The inverter system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4 hours depending on the usage.

The house offers high security with external zoned beams and security shutters & IPSS reaction team.

Bedroom One: Master bedroom: Two three-quarter twin beds, black-out curtains and shutters, ceiling fan with ensuite bathroom - single basin, shower and open plan toilet. Freestanding cupboard with only folding space for clothes. No hanging space at present.

Bedroom Two: Two three-quarter twin beds, black-out curtains, ceiling fan - full shared family bathroom across the hallway - freestanding cupboard with folding space for clothes. No hanging space. No sea view.

Bedroom Three: Large Kids room with four single beds, ceiling fan, sea view, en-suite with shower, open plan toilet, single basin. Freestanding cupboard with shelving and hanging space. Black out curtains.

Bedroom Four: Master room with two three-quarter beds pushed together, Sea View room with ceiling fan, black-out curtains and shutters, dressing table, ensuite with shower, open plan toilet, single basin

Bedroom Five: (Separate to Main House) Twin three-quarter beds pushed together, with ceiling fan, window shutters and ensuite with shower, open plan toilet, single basin. Freestanding small cupboard for clothes - folding only.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and property. There is a live in house manager in a separate room off the back of the house, as well as a housekeeper who has her own living accommodation separate to the house

Willards beach is accessible via a private gate in the garden that leads to the public access walk way. The beach is with 50meters walking distance. There are a few stairs that lead down onto the beach

HOUSEKEEPING

Rental includes a Live in housekeeper daily - Monday to Friday from 8 am until 2 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 08h00am to 12h00. Public holidays are excluded (optional and at extra charge)

Laundry services included T&C’s apply -two loads included daily (wash and fold only)
Weekly garden maintenance / live-in caretaker

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dish-washing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

Floors need cleaning aswell as furniture needs to be cleaned. Aircons are must aswell!!!!

It’s was certainly not a relaxing weekend for us.. It started off with theft.. our first night there God only knows how someone got into the property in our bedroom( the main bedroom) stole a phone and jewellery from the headboard where two women were asleep (mother and daughter )then got to the lounge and took another phone . There was a teenager and kid whom fell asleep on the couch whilst wtv. How unsafe to have a thief invade your privacy..we have not slept on Saturday night at all we sat up the whole night as the kids were paranoid we were told a security guard would come but nothing at all.. so this was certainly not a holiday for us.. we are expecting a refund from Bnb as the value of the phones and jewellery was approximately 70k.. it is not safe place at all as you have to constantly be on guard even though all doors and windows are locked so one needs to ask yourself how could someone get in scary!!!!’

We’ve put a lot of effort into creating a lovely space for our guests to enjoy. BE RESPECTFUL The staff are key to a successful holiday and the efficient running of your holiday home. Please treat them with the utmost respect at all times. We will not tolerate any mistreatment of our staff. Regretfully, our staff are unable to babysit, wash cars, do shopping/unpack shopping, or perform tasks beyond their designated duties. OCCUPANCY The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at any time must not exceed the number of beds. A maximum of two guests per bedroom is allowed unless the homeowner has provided extra beds. Camping on the property is NOT permitted. DON’T FEED THE MONKEYS Under no circumstances should you feed the monkeys—whether adult or baby! Please be aware that monkeys are inquisitive and can become aggressive. Don’t leave fruit or food within their sight—they will come inside, create a mess, panic, and potentially break items. Close all windows and doors when leaving the house. NO SMOKING No smoking is permitted inside the house. Please smoke outside, away from windows or furniture. NO PARTIES Parties, overcrowding, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund of rent. Guests will be liable for any damages incurred as a result of parties held at the rental home. BEACH TOWELS Please do not use bathroom towels at the beach. Beach towels are provided for this purpose. NO BEACH SAND IN THE POOL Wash off all sand before entering the house or pool after visiting the beach. Please do not rinse beach sand off in the pool. LEAVE AS FOUND Accidents happen, so please report any breakages or damage to our team. If anything is broken, it must be replaced “like for like” by the guest to ensure a full refund of the breakage deposit. BE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS Use linen and towels sparingly. Please conserve water and electricity. Turn off fans and air conditioning when not in use. Recycle where possible—let’s care for our planet together. Do not flush foreign materials down the toilet. GUEST AMENITIES POLICY We kindly request that all guest amenities, such as hand wash and toiletries, remain on the property for the enjoyment of future guests. Should any items be taken or removed, the cost of replacement will be charged in full. FIREWORKS PROHIBITED For the safety of all guests and neighbours, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. DEPARTURE DAY Check-out is at or before 10 am.  Please comminicate your check out time with our team or the house staff the day prior to departure. KEYS Please make sure you leave any keys & remotes with the staff, or communicate with us where you left the keys. LEAVING EARLY? Please switch off all lights, and airconditioning, and close all windows.  STAFF OVERTIME PAYMENT Please remember to settle any money owing to the staff (overtime, additional laundry, tips etc.) must be paid directly to each staff member in (ZAR) cash.
