- No parties allowed, and only registered guests may enter. A noise-monitoring system is in place, and CCTV is in operation in the building’s common areas for added security.

- Sofa Bed Use: For bookings of 2 guests, access to the king-size bed is provided. Use of the sofa bed for 2 guests is available upon request for an additional fee. For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, the sofa bed is included in the price.

- Family Amenities: A travel cot and a high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please let us know in advance if you require them.

Really nice apartment. Clean, quiet and a great lounge area to relax. The location is spot on, near enough to the station and high street but removed from the traffic.

The apartment was as described everything was clean and the check in process was efficient and effortless. Great location, easily walkable to Kentish Town station and a number of restaurants and food markets. Overall great host extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Very good stay for the money! Everything is as it is in the photos. It’s a spotless home. Everything is perfect. My only feedback would be that I felt that the towels were over used but luckily I had carried my own. All in all 9.99/10. Highly recommend

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
