BACK UP POWER

This house does not get effected by the loadshedding schedule.

In the event of power failures rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms and a gas hob for cooking.

The solar system will kick in automatically and this will last for about 4-6 hours depending on the weather.

The solar system powers the ceiling fans, lights, fridge, wifi, main tv.

Non essential items such as air-con units, washing machines, tumble driers, dishwashers, ovens, will not be connected.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom One: Master bedroom with king-size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, small office workspace, dressing table, garden view, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, en-suite with separate loo, bath and shower.

Bedroom Two: Two single beds, ceiling fan, air-con, dressing table, garden view, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, en suite with open plan shower, single basin and loo.

Bedroom Three: King-size bed, ceiling fan, air-con, dressing table, garden view, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, en suite with open plan bath, shower, single basin and loo.

Bedroom Four: Two single beds, ceiling fan, air-con, dressing table, garden view, built-in cupboards, block-out curtains, en suite with open plan shower, single basin and loo.

Please note that Luxury Coastal Escapes has set a limit of 6 adults for this home as we specialise in family bookings. A total number of 8 guests are permitted to stay in this 4 bedroom house. This is an estate rule

HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes housekeeping from Monday to Friday, 8 am until 2 pm
(Weekends and/or public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)
Weekly garden maintenance

2 Loads of laundry are included per day
The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dish washing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

RESERVATIONS
This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
We do not accept student bookings, and no parties are allowed at home.
Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.
High season bookings require a minimum of 10-14 nights
