The contact was friendly and quick and we felt well taken care of from the beginning, even with the directions from the metro to the apartment. The place is centrally located. You can walk to the Acropolis, the Agora, the Tower of the Winds, etc. in about 20 minutes. Supermarkets, the large regional market and restaurants are on the way. There are also nice cafés, bakeries and roasteries in the area. I found the details particularly nice. For example, we were checked in and the light in the apartment was switched on extra before we arrived. That feels good.

Location of the apartment is very good only 150mtrs to Metrostation. Very easy to find the location. Walking distance(600mtrs) to restaurant areas also local Greece restaurants nearby. Apartment good and equipped so brkfst, lunch can easily be done. The host met me and had clear instructions about closing and so on. Jacuzzi is more like a normal bath tube. I can recommend the appartment.

I feel like I've returned from heaven. This is such a cozy and fully equipped apartment, you won't want to get out of it. In fact, there were days that I really struggled. Superbly designed, intimate and there is nothing missing, not even a washing machine and for lovers to indulge after a day of walking in Athens' gems - hot tub! You can listen to the wonderful Athenian radio stations through the TV, or use its smart functions to transmit a photo from your smart phone. While the neighborhood is a bit run down and I was worried about going out at night, the location is fantastic! Right in the center. If you want to go to the main squares it is 10 minutes away and even if you want to go to the National Museum of Archaeology or climb Mount Leikibettus, it is a 30 minute walk, or to the parliament, also a distance of 20 minutes walk and the amazing gardens one third, also an identical distance. In fact, everything is within walking distance, to the point that I didn't regret not purchasing a metro ticket. It really wasn't needed! The first day I got a bit in trouble with the electricity and Chrissia the contact and Harry solved the problem for me and were very available! I cannot recommend this apartment more, which made my stay in Athens dreamy andunforgettable. Thanks Harry. Thanks Lillian. Hope we get to see you again, The next time I visit Athens. Ευχαριστ

A beautiful and clean apartment, the hosts were welcoming responsive and nice, Romain is the one who welcomed us and showed us the apartment, he was really nice and welcoming aswell. In a walkable distance to most attractions. -To Ermou street where all the shops are its about 10-15 mins -Plaka around the same as Ermou -Acropolis/Acropolis museum about 25-30 mins. The area itself where the apartment is located might seem a bit sketchy, but honestly it’s not. Many hotels are located very close to the apartment where the price would be double or even triple of what i paid. In addition to that, the apartment might seem a bit dark (not enough light) and the shower water pressure is pretty low. Overall you get more than what you paid for, in terms of the apartment itself and the distance from all the attractions, i would recommend

We loved staying at this apartment & felt bittersweet before check-out. Very spacious and chic. Had all the amenities needed and if we had any questions, our hosts Konstantina and Hanni were more than welcome to answer any questions we had. The location was also situated at a walking distance to the Acropolis & other touristy surroundings (about 15-20min walk). Would highly recommend this apartment & would book again with these hosts in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at Lillian’s apartment. It was exactly as described. Easily accessible by elevator and it’s gated at night so I felt safe, given the area of the apartment. Bakery, pharmacy and metro are all within 1-2min walking distance!

Lillian's place was ideal for my trip as it is exactly as described and just by the metro for touring the city of Athens and also walkable to the city center if you desire. It also had the addition of the host's rep (Dimitri) waiting for us to help with our check in and the instructions. Lillian allowed us to have early check in and also allowed us to keep our bag beyond the check out time. In all, I give this place the maximum 5 stars because it is worth every penny.

This accomodation was amazing, so cute, clean, we had everything we needed there. Wi-Fi, which was our priority for the remote jobs was great as well. The location is great as well as it is walking distance to the city center and to the most beautiful restaurants and other places. Our host Dimitri waited for us for quite some time as our flight was significantly delayed while we were already in a plane on a runway, so did not even have a way how to let him know. But he was so nice about it. If in Athens again, we will book this appartment again for sure.

Athens had many different districts, nice to discover the variety. Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed walking through the multicultural district, especially great to be close to the creative hubs/coworking spaces of Romantso and Bios and to the metro to airport and harbor. The flat was great for us: cozy, clean, silent and functiional. Also suitable for our little daughter of 9 months. The place was clean, spacious, very comfortable bed and soft linen and towels, kitchen had all the basic things you need. The bath was relaxing after long walks in the city to enjoy. Everything was easy to access and in the walking distance you can find nice bars and restaurants and the central market. We did not had any bad experience in this location. In overall it felt quite safe and people on the streets were friendly and helpful. The host gave instructions what to do and what to avoid.

The apartment and its amenities are wonderful, it is true that the apartment lacks some maintenance such as changing the burnt-out bulbs and improving the lighting of the room, the location of the apartment is terrible and you must be careful, in the streets surrounding the apartment you can find people in street condition taking drugs.

The apartment was close to the center of the city, this was ideal for the trips to all the monuments. There are supermarkets within a 5-minute walk and there is a bakery in the street. We were helped by Dimitris he was great, but occasionally came that brought things very late. We needed a frying pan and it would bring it at 19:00 (nice if you want to cook that it comes at this time) but finally came on at 11 p.m. For the rest, Dimitris was very guest friendly and explained all in's and out's of the city. However, the accommodation was in a rough part of the city. In the evening, junkies were sitting in front of the door using drugs. Didn't bother me much, but it did give me a bad feeling.

Great stay, we had everything we needed in this apartment, the bed is very comfortable and all the rooms are really beautiful, it feels like home. However, the jacuzzi does not really make bubbles, you don't feel them much. Regarding the location, we did not feel safe late at night but during the day it was fine. 10 minutes from all the important places, it's perfect. In addition, the host facilitated our arrival by booking us a private taxi at the airport, a great time saver and allows peace of mind.

Our stay in this apartment in central Athens was very nice. Check in was easy with someone meeting us at the flat and giving us local recommendations. It was a short taxi ride (depending on traffic) to the Acropolis and other sites that we wanted to see. There were plenty of shops and coffee places on our block. The place was well decorated and we enjoyed the unique touches. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious 1 BR apartment in a central location surrounded by plenty of historical sites and everything you might need for a comfortable stay! The rare Airbnb that is *actually* much bigger than it looks in the photos. The decor is definitely unique and unforgettable, with plenty of quirky touches and interesting tidbits to explore (I stayed for a week and every day I found something new to appreciate about the place). Had to do a little rearranging to make it the perfect WFH spot for my remote working adventures, but everything I needed for the perfect setup was there!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, it is located right next to a metro station. It is consistent with the description, very well decorated and very clean. However, we do not always feel safe in the neighbourhood, we had no problem during the day but avoided going out at night. We were well received and had a very good stay at Lillian's.

The place itself is great! I don’t have a bad thing to say. The place is very well put together and clean, and the taxi service was extremely convenient! Yet, two things that are out of control for the host is the fact that for non smokers, the building could be an issue as the cigarette smell sips through into the apartment, so that was uncomfortable. Also, if you come at night to the building, in the lobby there are drug addicts with needles all over, so it is not a pretty scene.

I fell in love with Athens in this beautiful apartment! It was so close this this little fountain area with great coffee and breakfast. Super close to Plaka and the Acropolis and the hosts were lovely people. They set up our transfer from the airport and made the check in and check out so easy! They gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation that we enjoyed so so much and whenever we needed anything they were super quick to respond! Uber Taxis were also very very cheap because of the central location. However, all of the wonderful things aside, I feel obligated to mention how I felt worried about my safety at times getting back to the apartment late at night or walking around at night in this neighborhood. Two out of the three nights we came home we found a woman heroin addict at the building entrance. The first time, she was covered in blood from her injections and I was terrified trying to move as quickly as possible inside. The second night she was outside of the building as well with two friends also on the streets. If you’re traveling alone, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. If you’re traveling in a group just be careful. During the day it was a completely different place full of life. I wish the drug addicts wouldn’t take away from such a beautiful place but I feel obligated to let other travelers know. Safe travels!

this is a great flat. located in a not so good neighbourhood. we had unfortunately a terrible experience. 1) the check in had been delayed few hours 2) the flat has been barely cleaned at our arrival however the host has been responsive but we insisted to not spend the night there

Lillian’a apartment was beautiful! The best part of this experience was the detailed map we were given during check-in. Hanni pointed out all the place to check out and different routes to explore. Everything we wanted to explore in Athens was within walking distance, and very close to the metro station. The room was also very clean and stylish. We would stay here again!

Cute space, Needs some work. The space is great. Thoughtfully laid out. It had all the amenities I needed. The challenge was the wifi. The wifi literally went out every 1/2 hour. I either had to unplug the unit from the wall to reset or get off the wifi on my tool, then get back on, sometimes both. That was working. Not the best when in Zoom meetings for work. Another sidenote, you turn down the wrong street, and it wasn't safe. Nothing that the host can do, but jsut be aware.

Enjoyed my stay at the apartment! There are two coffee shops by the elevator to the apartment, which is really nice. And there's even a little restaurant with good fish by the elevators too, which made it feel more neighborhood-ish. Another specific note: this place is good for people on crutches/who can't handle stairs well. There are no stairs/thresholds from the point of the curb into the room.

The apt was totally clean, very nice and comfortable. There was almost everything we needed apart from meaningless things like bowl dishes, a pan and basic kinds (like olive oil,pepper). The contact before our arrival was good. The only problem was that we weren't able to use the jacuzzi because it didn't work. We asked the hosts what may had gone wrong but we didn't get any answer.

As soon as you walk in the apartment you feel like home. It used to be a commercial space which was later turned domestic. So the originality of the industrial disign is there! Its spacious, high ceilings, well decorated & unique. Much bigger space than i thought. There is an international feeling about this apartment. You may be in Athens but you could be in Berlin, London or New York. Kitchen & dinning area are well designed, bedroom is luxurious and living room is absolutely fantastic. Wifi & Netflix inside. Library with books & travel guides. Owners are very friendly people, willing to help anytime. Neighborhood is the very center of Athens. Cosmopolitan & busy. Almost feels like you are in an airport waiting for your flight! Everything you might need is less than 1 minute walk away and this is very convenient. I traveled with my 3 year old daughter and she loved this apartment! Building is next to the municipal police, so its actually a very safe area to be. There is a good coffee place just in the entrance of the building. All and all it was a 5 star experiance. I will definately visit it again.

Lovely appartment & great location! We just had a short stay in Athen but we were able to explore a big part of the city by feet. We absolutely recommend the taxi from the airport to the accomodation which our hosts arranged for us. The driver was very friendly, had the key and showed us the appartement. We came to Athens for three night for the start of our honeymoon. Harry and Lillian were helpful from the start - warm, friendly and easy to contact. We used their driver, who picked us up from the airport and was also very kind and friendly. The apartment itself is very well located. It is beautifully decorated, very modern and looks just like the photos. We had a wonderful time here and would return if we come back to Athens.

Super cool flat with everything you need. Very nice welcoming of Hanni, who showed us everything we have to see in athens. We loved the decoration in the flat and the air conditioners. But the location wasn’t nice in the dark. When the shop were closed, some drug addicts lay in front of the house entrance on the benches.

We had a really good times in Athens thanks to Lillian and is team. We were in contact with a guy named Hanni, he guided us with everything we should see and places to go. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, it’s perfect and we really feel like home on the first day. Excellent apartment to spend a few days in Athens. A few minutes from Plaka and a stone's throw from the Metro. Lilian was very warm and helpful to us. Our flight arrived 1.30 am and sent us a taxi to the airport and the driver checked us in the apartment. Everything was perfect!

The young man that met us to check in (George) was awesome; very nice, thorough, and considerate. The place was not terrible but they gave us the wrong Airbnb. When we asked the owner about the missing jacuzzi the owner did not respond immediately and then finally comped our trip to the airport to make up for giving us the wrong place. Is it the worst thing in the world? No, but I like to her what I paid for in these scenarios. I don’t have anything bad to really say about the Airbnb outside of the mildew in the corner of the room near the AC unit. The area was fine for me being that I have experienced grimy areas prior but a lot of people kept telling us to “Be careful in this area” so if you do not have experience in “sketchy” areas then I would say look somewhere else. To me it just seemed like regular city streets with bums, night movement, and a bakery that seemed to be open 24hrs.

The hosts and assistants were very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out system were very easy. Worried about the location but never had a problem, it's actually right beside the police station. Placed at the bright big street so I never felt insecure. The interior was fancy. The taxi reservation system was comfortable, a gentle driver took us to the airport. It was awesome overall :)

The apartment is clean, comfortable and has some quirky features. We had everything we needed during our stay and the check-in was easy. The location means it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Athens (20 minutes) but there is the option of the metro (as the station very nearby). There are some people hanging around the area that we weren't completely comfortable walking by (this is the case for a few streets near the apartment so we'd recommend taking a taxi when it's late at night).

We really enjoyed our stay in this property! About a 10-15 minute walk from Monastiraki and other great neighbourhoods where there are lots of places to eat and things to do. The bed was large and very comfortable, air conditioning was a great bonus and we loved the huge bath with jets. The immediate area around the flat was a little run down but nothing happened to give us cause for concern. Great transport links via the metro and Panos (our taxi driver, who Harry & Lillian put us in touch with) was extremely reliable & helpful. Overall we had a lovely time in this property, thank you so much!

The decor was very tasteful and balanced. A Super comfortable bed cured my jet lag immediately. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were a plus. Even tea, a Nespresso maker and spices galore. My girlfriend and I stayed at Lillian’s apartment for three nights. The apartment is beautiful as pictured. It was clean and had everything you need for a few nights away. It is centrally located and we were within walking distance of many restaurants and sites. We would definitely recommend Lillian’s place.

Lillian’s place is in a fantastic location. Very close to the metro, only 1 stop from Monastraki, and 2 stops from Acropolis. It is designed well, very chic and organized. There is even a washer which is very convenient. Lillian was out of town on the day of my arrival so she sent her friend to let me in. Her friend was exceptionally nice, showed me around the apartment, and even walked me to the nearest grocery to pick up some snacks for my stay. She even gave me her contact info if I had any questions or problems. I really appreciated that. The only issues I had is that there wasn’t shampoo, body wash, or laundry detergent as advertised in the listing. I realized this after my arrival and after I had gone to the grocery store, so it was inconvenient to have to go back out and find these items. There was an empty bottle of detergent under the sink- it seems as if the details for my stay were overlooked, which was a bit frustrating. The jacuzzi tub also did not work. I reached out via Airbnb and WhatsApp, and never got a response. That was also an amenity listed that I was looking forward to that I did not get to use. Other than those 2 things, we enjoyed our stay. I would say to be cautious if walking home at night, as well as coming into the lobby- there are no lights so I had to use my phone flashlight.

Lillian’s place is nice. It’s small and decorative with it’s own little style. It is a 10-20 minute walk to the main squares and the Plaka/Acropolis. Just be very cautious that this accomodation is slightly further out the city than what we expected and the surrounding streets are quite dangerous (Do not carry much money or valuables - Very high crime in the area!) Not a ‘plus’ to us but was nice overall.

The apartment was really nice - clean, spacious (easily fitting 4 people), and cute decor! Dino was great at responding quickly and even organized our transportation to and from the airport, making our arrival and departure easy. It’s a quick (15ish) minute walk to Plaka, with many restaurants, cafes, and little shops along the way. Throughout our stay, they really made themselves available to help us if need be. Great place to stay when visiting Athens and great hosts! :)

Really nice and clean apartment! Located very central with walking distance to everything. Great places to eat breakfast in the area! Are however located in a bit of the shabbier areas of Athens so just make sure to take an über home when it’s dark. Apartment really secure though!

This apartment is super cute and would be great for a couple or three people. Traveling alone it felt a little big and scary- especially with the taxi driving having the spare key. Made me uneasy that he could’ve come back at any time. The place is located just off Omnia Square, which is nice for transit. It’s a little sketchy late at night, but a good spot to be in walking distance of everything, including the Acropolis and Agora.

Dino's apartment was charming to say the least. Smacked right in the center of Athens, 2 minutes away from the metro, numerous cafes right by the apartment made it an incredible choice to stay in if you're ever in Athens. The apartment is beautifully decorated, cosy and complete with the right amenities - Jacuzzi/Tub, Coffee Machine, Heater etc. Despite being away, communication was not a problem. What an amazing experience! The hospitality was impeccable, with availability for check in and communication about timing to get the keys seamless. This is our seventh trip to Athens over the last few years and our best air B and B experience . The apartment was beautifully decorated, very recently remodeled and everything was brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed for coffee and meals. The jacuzzi was absolutely fabulous, the best that we have ever had in any Air B and B in Greece and in the states. The bed was super comfortable. The location was also perfect, a two min walk from the metro and 10-20 min walk from all tourist attractions in the center. The apartment is really nice and exactly how it looks from the ad. Position is perfect to reach by walking (more or less) most of the "must seen" spots around Athens. The metro is right round the corner, and you can reach airport and Pireo easily. Thumbs up Lilian! :)

It was also (unexpectedly) SUPER QUIET, which was a big plus! The bed was comfortable and the coffee supplies were perfect. The apartment was absolutely amazing. The taxi driver was waiting for us, so after one hour flight delayed it was a pleasure not to worry about transport :) the localization is great, area not the best but that’s what Athens looks like. The apartment was so beautiful and stunning. And Lillian so helpful, all the tips girl gave us were just perfect we didn’t have to worry where to go for a dinner of where to listen to the typical Greek music. Lillian's place was a comfortable spot to stay for our trip to Athens. Lillian arranged for our taxi ride from the airport, and our driver continued to be our go-to throughout our stay. The place is clean and stylish. The location can be a bit sketchy at night as it is a neighborhood that was clearly impacted by the recession, but we never had any safety issues. It was a short walk from the best neighborhoods of Athens.

This is a 2 minute walk from a metro station with a great coffee place on the first floor of the building, (which if you're like me is a must in the morning before an adventurous day). The Airbnb was clean, stylish, air conditioned and felt safe. The area can seem sketchy at night but we encountered only kind people. Our host sent us information about the city via email before the trip that was super helpful and arranged a driver to and from the airport that was kind and welcoming! (This was important for 3 girls traveling alone) When we arrived, the host recommended local spots to eat and it was INCREDIBLE! Quick response times was also appreciated.

Pros: Good environmental hot water heating - well thought! Mixed: Great central location, just didn't feel too safe in the area. Cons: Not as bright and airy as the picture suggests - this is my personal preference. Didn't mention that the washing machine which had a dryer function that wasn't operational. Check in was not smooth as was not provided with arrival instructions, and was not contacted appropriately via AirBnb or phone numbers communicated (which were different to the ones on Airbnb). Communication dropped off after flight details were sent.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lillian's apartment. Communication was easy even from Australia. Our stay was seamless commencing with our pre booked driver meeting us at the airport to Anastasia greeting us at the apartment. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Lovely and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was great for us, well within walking distance to all the major tourist sights. Anastasia's restaurant and bar recommendations were spot on making it easy to decide where to eat. Overall a great stay and we would recommend it without hesitation.

We were the ignorant Americans that didn’t know you had to put a key card into the slot in order to get the electricity turned on past midnight. Lilliana was not only patient in dealing with our trouble but was a great host. The place is a few minutes walk from a metro, great shopping, and overall wonderful location. Space was furnished very nicely, best stay we’ve had out of our entire trip!

We totally loved Lillian's apartment and highly recommend it!! It is very beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is also very well equipped (including for a toddler), calm and at walking distance (approx. 15-20 min) from all historic sites. Eleni was very helpful and responsive with the pre-arrival arrangements, Anastasia welcomed us warmly upon our arrival, and Panos responded competently by phone when we had an emergency (see below). We are very thankful to all of them! We also very much recommend taking the reliable and friendly taxi driver which they work with. Once piece of advice: Make sure to ask for written instructions for how to handle the keys upon your departure and that you understand them well! We got locked out of the apartment, without being able to get out of the building's main door.

Once there, we were greeted by a Vasilis, a friend of the host, who made wonderful suggestions about local spots! We really appreciated how comfortable the apartment was, just as pictured, and the chance to do some laundry (as we were traveling awhile). Lillian was great! Inside of the place is cool and was clean. She had a friend, Eleni, come and take us up to the place and give us loads of recommendations of places to eat and drink (Favorite was Six Dogs for cool cocktails). We were introduced to Lillian on the same day we arrived and saw her downstairs several times during our stay. Wifi disconnected once, but Lillian reset it for us after a text in like 2 min. We had a couple other things we texted about during our stay and Lillian was always quick to respond and help. Walking distance to everything we needed. Good stay!

The apartment is very stylishly decorated, which was fun. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed. I was disappointed that the jetted tub didn't work. I wasn't told before arrived, and it was the main reason I booked this particular apartment. If that's important to you, check first. The apartment is about 1 mile from the acropolis and a half mile from the old part of town, so I was able to walk everywhere, which I really enjoyed. If you want the metro, it is only one block away. The space is in an building that seems to have mostly offices so, since I was there over the weekend, it was pretty much deserted and dark, which felt a little odd, but is probably different during the week.

However, and even though the apartment is on the seventh floor of the building, it is rather dark. Also the neighborhood wasn't our favourite one as it is very busy and rather dirty.
