The apartment was located in a very nice part of Athens, calm and cosy with nice restaurants. It was within walking distance to most attractions. The apartment was super nice and we spent many late hours on the roof terrace looking up at Akropolis. It really matched the description and the images. Harry was super friendly and fast with his answers and we were welcomed by Velia when we came who gave us lots of valuable information and great advice on what to do etc. We felt very welcomed. I can really recommend this apartment.

We loved our stay at Harry’s Place in Athens! It was a few blocks from the metro, which was very easy to use to get around. There are several restaurants, dessert shops, coffee shops, and markets nearby and the guide gives lots of options. There is also the option to order in which we did one night because we were exhausted from a tour. Excellent food and a quiet, safe neighborhood. The rooms were clean and just right - 3 of us stayed and the apartment was perfect for us. The shower was amazing and the laundry was also helpful. We really enjoyed the entire stay. And of course, the view on the rooftop was phenomenal- hard to find a better view around Athens unless going to very busy rooftop restaurants/bars. Comfortable, spacious, wonderful! The arranged taxi driver was also really wonderful and helpful. Thanks for a great experience!!

We stayed at Harry’s place for 5 nights during our month in Europe. The apartment is very modern, clean, & easy to get in/out. Athens was hot while we were there & the AC was very sensitive. It would go into standby after 4 people showered because of the humidity. It’s in a great location where you could walk to all the ancient sights & eateries. The patio view of the Parthenon is incredible & is worth the booking. Harry was super responsive & was helpful with local recommendations, booking transportation, & even an excursion to Corinth if we wanted.

We had a great stay in Harry's place. We loved the Koukaki neighborhood, very quiet, residential neighborhood, only 10min walk from busy Plaka. There was a farmers market in the street on Friday morning, great produce, fruit, etc... The apartment was recently renovated, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well. We didn't need to use the AC in June, but it was available. We didn't do much cooking, as there are lots of place to eat in the neighborhood, but the kitchen was very functional. The washing machine (including detergent) was a nice plus. It was great to also be able to use the parking spot in the building. All in all, a great way to discover Athens.

The accommodation was very cozy and appealing. The photos are very authentic; the apartment does look luxurious. The only minor shortcoming was the bathroom door, which has moisture damage; it didn't look as luxurious. The area might not be the most posh, but you can get to the Old Town in about 10–15 minutes. Having a parking space right by the flat is also great. Please note that on Fridays, there was a market on the street, and it wasn't easy to leave the car park. We simply left the vehicle there and took the metro to Piraeus. We found the apartment to be very good for our needs, and the price was also attractive. Thanks, Harry!

I spent 3 days in Athens with my family, staying in this apartment. The location is perfect – very close to the Acropolis but in a quiet area, not far from the metro, in a lively neighbourhood with excellent restaurants just a few metres from the property. The flat is spacious and exactly as described, and the private terrace with a view of the Acropolis is wonderful. Harry is a perfect host, always helpful; he recommended some great places to eat and helped us plan our transfers to and from the airport. We had a great time.

Harry arranged for the airport pick-up. We were welcomed at the flat straight away. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The flat was the perfect base for sightseeing in Athens. A very nice neighbourhood where we felt at home straight away. There were cafés/bakeries and small grocery shops nearby. One downside was that, despite the windows being open, it was very quiet at night and we slept for too long ;). The windows also have mosquito nets. The beds, etc., were great. Unfortunately, we didn't use the very nice roof terrace one floor above the flat, as it was still too cold. The terrace forms part of the flat and is not used by any other parties. The views from the flat, and especially from the terrace, are fantastic. For the onward journey, we had reserved a hire car from Avis, not far from the apartment, which we were able to park and load in the apartment's parking space.

We had a good time in this accommodation, it is located in a beautiful neighborhood, which itself is lively and culturally diverse, but the apartment was very quiet due to the location. The highlight was the roof terrace, a sunrise with the first cup of tea ushered in the perfect start to the day. Harry was a pleasant host who was able to give us many tips for restaurants and activities.

There was no problem having an earlier check-in when we arrived early in the morning. He recommended us amazing restaurants. The flat is as lovely as the photos, stylish, spacious and comfortable. It was in a very quiet road but we were able to walk to all the main sites. The area also had some lovely independent shops. The bed was comfortable and the shutters helped us to sleep well. The roof terrace was great with a lovely view of the Acropolis one way and down to the sea and Piraeus the other. The car parking space is suitable for a small car but very convenient if you drive into Athens as we did. Harry and his team were very responsive and helpful but we had no issues. We will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time in Harry's extremely luxurious apartment with 2 balconies and a roof terrace. The amenities were very high-quality and very well-maintained. The roof terrace overlooking the Acropolis is the absolute highlight of the apartment. The neighborhood is also great for going out/ eating and is chic. We felt very safe and the tips regarding Athens and the various sights and districts of Harry's personal check-in were absolutely helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Harry was a wonderful host! Super accommodating on letting us check in very early and check out late. The place is great, we were travelling with our baby and having a separated area to hang out while she napped was a must! Beautiful terrace on the top floor overlooking the acropolis! My only complaint was the area is a bit harder for walkability with a stroller. No fault to Harry, but probably better for older children or couples since there are lots of fun bars and restaurants around to check out! We would for sure stay again!

An excellent two bedroom apartment in a 'local' part of Athens, within a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the southern part of the city. The apartment is brand new. The terrace is said to be "exclusively yours" though I'm not sure if that's because we were the only ones in the building. It is actually on a level up, which means you leave your apartment, walk up the stairs... it's not part of the apartment exactly. The beds aren't the most comfortable, and there was construction next door (not uncommon for Athens). But overall, a nice apartment with an excellent host.

Amazing place in Koukaki, the neighbourhood you want to stay in. Close to everything and lots of restaurants, but not touristy. The apartment is great and the roof terrace can't be better. Such a luxury in the middle of the city. We stayed with 4 friends, but can easily be for families or multiple couples.

The place was awesome. Walkable to nearest metro. Harry was responsive, flexible to our check in time request, The Apt was well equipped. He connected us to the Cab person who would be picking us up from airport and the check in person. We visited in Spring , the only reason I took one star off was due to AC not working properly, it auto shut off in the night , that's the only time we were at the Apt and needed it . During the day we were out. I appreciate the maintenance staff was reachable on Ester weekend and tried to resolve over phone, but it not work out. It looked like it had its own program that they were not able to override. But Harry checked in during our stay, apologized for the issue and was going to fix it the next week . Overall a nice place and good location, great host! We would love to come back

We booked last minute after having spent 3 months in a campervan travelling round Europe. Harry accommodated us with an early check in. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Chrysa met us when we checked in and was friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting lots of places to visit, as well as providing a map. Messages with queries were always responded to very promptly - and as a result, we had a magic 5 days in Athens, with a mixture of plenty to do, and some relaxing time. Thanks team!

The location was very good as many attractions were within walking distance. Due to the difficult parking situation in Athens, it was invaluable that the apartment had its own parking space! The roof terrace overlooking the Acropolis and - not to forget - on the sea was wonderful! We had breakfast at the terrace every morning. The information about a bakery in the apartment was also a very good tip: only five minutes walk to a great bakery! Unfortunately, the apartment was not very well maintained, especially the bathroom was not very clean, the bathroom door was very damaged by the water. Also one of the three blinds in the living room was broken, the furniture in the living room very superficially cleaned and the terrace and balcony furniture damaged. There was a light missing on the roof terrace, there was only one wall outlet. Overall, however, a beautiful apartment with great amenities, which could have been definitely more well maintained for the price.

Great spot to stay for our party of 4 adults. The place was clean and tidy and as shown in pictures. Huge open plan living, dining, kitchen area with front balcony that bought the sun in the morning. Kitchen and appliances were clean and tidy and easy to use, washing machine came in a treat toward he end of our trip. Bathroom was tidy and easily accommodated the 4 of us. Bedrooms were clean and tidy and bed were comfy for us. Private rooftop balcony was perfect with views of the Acropolis and plenty of furniture to relax with a glass of wine watching the afternoon sunset. Close to supermarkets, shops, rail, bars and tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The host was so kind and responsive, which helped me with my trip! In addition to the accommodation, information from locals such as transportation and where to leave luggage was useful for traveling ~! Most importantly, the host responded quickly, so I was able to use the accommodation without any inconvenience! The accommodation was so pretty and the kitchen was big, so it was good to cook food ~ Even if the weather was less hot, I would have used a lot of pretty terraces and rooftops.😊 I was satisfied with everything except that the location of the accommodation was a bit hilly, so it was difficult to carry my luggage at first.🩵🇬🇷

Positives: -excellent Location -Overall cleanliness -thanks Chrisa for your patience and kindness. You deserve 10 out of 10 Negatives: - inconsistently functioning AirCon: shuts off for long time though not overloaded. Apartment was hot most of our stay. - Sink was blocked and overflowing. A plumber came (fairly quickly) who took two hours to fix it-unnecessary if owner/host was vigilant. But host was very responsive when informed about it.

Harry and Romain were helpful in checking us in and answering all my questions and helping us set up rides from and to the airport. And even giving us information on what to do when our son got sick during the stay. The apartment was clean and the location was great to walk to all of the sights. The only negative was that the air conditioner wasn’t working 100% at all times so it made it a little stuffy sometimes as it was extremely hot during our stay. I did advise Harry and he did send someone out but couldn’t get it fixed as I assume it was just not working well due to the extreme heat. All in all a great stay but next time we will come back not during by the summer. Too hot.

It’s a lovely apartment, spacious and modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, it was quiet and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the acropolis. The rooftop terrace was really nice in the evening. Really the only negative was that the hot water boiler didn’t work so we had several days of ice cold showers. They communicated with me about and sent a technician, but it wasn’t resolved until our last day unfortunately.

Harry is a great host, and this apartment is beautiful. The neighborhood is also very walkable, with good restaurants and bakeries nearby. The host has even taken the time to set up the easiest food ordering process that I have seen anywhere I've stayed. We did experience A/C issues during our stay, but Harry and his colleague were very responsive, and have scheduled a thorough inspection of the A/C system in the apartment. We were even given a partial refund for the inconvenience, and everyone was very kind and professional throughout our stay. Great hospitality!

Great stay at Harry's! The apartment is in a great location and very clean. The parking lot right at the foot of the building is perfect! It is possible to do the main activities on foot and there are many restaurants (pedestrian street nearby) and shops (supermarket, fast food etc...). Finally, the roof terrace is magical! You can book without a second thought!!

We stayed as 3 adults and a toddler. Harry was very quick to personally respond from the point of booking and throughout our stay. We arranged a taxi through Harry to pick us up from airport, and the driver was friendly, and an easy process. There is a covered parking spot off street that can be used if needed. A lift takes you to 4th floor, with access to private rooftop terrace with lovely view. We arrived late evening, and most helpfully there is a QR code in the apartment which has collated several nearby takeaway menus and pre-populated with the apartment details, which made ordering food very easy. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes/stores /bakeries within walking distance. The Syngrou-Fix metro station is 5min walk. Harry responded quickly when we messaged about issues with AC/bathroom sink which he arranged for someone to see to the same day.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and has its own terrace on the 5th floor (both accessible by elevator) overlooking the Acropolis, Lycabettus, Filopappou, the sea - a beautiful view over parts of the city There is everything you need in the apartment and more, a great place to explore the city. This can also be easily done on foot. The apartment is located in a great residential area with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Shopping or eating out is not a problem. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Very good connection to public transport and not to forget your own parking space for the car!!!

Amazing view of the Parthenon from the rooftop terrace! The apartment was better than the pictures. Hanni, who met us at the apartment to let us in was great!...giving us lots of information in a short amount of time. Harry the host was always quick to respond. We only stayed for 2 nights, but our experience was 100% positive. Communication (with Harry and his colleagues Romain & Chrisa) was always prompt, friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful (clean, comfortable and well equipped - with a wonderful private roof terrace looking towards the Acropolis) and the allocated parking spot was right outside the building. We were easily able to walk to all the sites we had time to visit….as well as tavernas & cafes….and we even attended a rooftop theatre performance, with the Acropolis as the magnificent backdrop, following a recommendation from Harry. We would most def recommend this apartment for a visit to Athens.

Great place, great location! The apartment was very clean, however it is a bit more run down than in the pictures; stains on the floor, walls, and the bathroom door needs replacing. But I don’t care. The roof deck was incredible! And it really is an incredible neighborhood. Nice and quiet, not touristy but close to everything. Thanks!

Great welcome from our host and good communication beforehand. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a new and secure building. It is pleasant to live in and beautifully furnished with large windows (be careful, there is overlook). On the 5th floor, a pretty private terrace with views of the acropolis is very nice. During our stay, we had problems with the air conditioning system. We found the neighborhood without charm and a little disappointing, but in 15 min walk you are in the major points of interest of Athens. Good value for money.

Perfect 3 days in Athens. Apartment very close to all the sites so we were able to walk everywhere. Nice to return to a cool spacious apartment after a hot day sightseeing. Well equipped for simple meals. Roof top terrace with view of Acropolis was fab to chill on in the evening.

This airbnb was beautiful and exactly as we expected. Nothing beats the view of the Acropolis from the private rooftop. Valentina was very helpful at checkin and gave great recommendations and advice about Athens. It is within walking distance to the Acropolis (~15 minutes) and there is tons of great food nearby. We booked airport transport through the airbnb and it worked very well.

Very nice place within walkable distance to historic sites and restaurants! Make sure you get clear instructions on AC functionality and standby timing. It would get really hot at some point! Also understand elevator functionality, we were scheduled to leave at 5am in the morning and elevator was not working. Had to carry luggage all the way down for the entire family!

Loved everything about Harry’s beautiful well appointed home. Very, very comfortable with a bonus view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace. Athens was so hot the days we visited. It was absolutely fantastic to be able to to use a clothes washer to clean our clothes!

This is where you want to stay in Athens. THE VIEW FROM THE ROOFTOP IS AMAZING. Spotless interior, great beds and water pressure in the shower. The A/C got and stayed cold (and that’s a good thing). Harry helped us book transfer to and from the airport, provided recommendations in the neighborhood and was always responsive. We loved and would absolutely stay again whenever back in the city.

We had a great stay and communication was great from the beginning with Harry and Hanni. Hanni met us and let us into the apartment and walked us to a place to dine for lunch. The apartment was clean, very quiet to the outside bustle of Athens and had three decks which we enjoyed every morning for coffee while looking at the Acropolis. A great deal, more space than a hotel and withing walking distance of so many things like the Acropolis, dining, grocery, pharmacy, metrorail line and shopping. We plan on coming back and appreciate the courtesy service of Harry and Hanni. They arranged for a driver to take us to the airport as well upon our departure. Highly recommend!

Harry was very kind and helpful during the whole booking process as well as very proactive in giving recommendations. Apartment is in a fantastic location and has a great rooftop with Acropolis views. While we were there the AC and hot water were not working and it took a while for anyone to come check it out. Nothing was able to be fixed so we had to take cold showers. Harry did issue us a partial refund to resolve everything and it really was a pity that the amenities weren't working because it would have been a great stay if they were.

Rooftop private patio. Great! We didn’t hear any city noises, only birds in the morning. It is in a part of the city where real people live and not in noisy, tourist area. Close to all the touristy things you want to do, however. I highly recommend this location.

The flat is very nice, tastefully furnished and clean. The large windows and the terrace with a view of the Parthenon add value. Very close to the main entrance to the Acropolis and its Museum, it is located in an area full of cafés and restaurants that are not only touristy but also distinctive and of a high standard. Very convenient access to the metro and to several taxi ranks, although we mostly got around on foot! Thanks to Romain, who gave us several tips on things to do and places to eat. When I return to Athens, I will definitely come here.

Very nice apartment with views of the Parthenon! Bright, quiet and we had the pleasant surprise of discovering a small market on Friday morning at the bottom of the accommodation. I visited Harry’s place with two of my friends a couple who flew in from northern Italy, to meet me, who had flown from London. We were visiting Athens to share the weekend there. To take part in a presentation at the Athens Acadamy. Harry’s apartment could not have suited us better. It was near perfect. Though, I do think that the person who made it even better was his local agent, Romain KROT. He was absolutely tops, he gave us a very warm welcome. Explained everything. And when we did have a couple of apparent hiccoughs he remedied them immediately, and with good humour. In addition to this the roof garden just added to the charm and opportunity to enjoy the evening glass of wine with friends and a wonderful view of the Acropolis. Perfect.

We stayed for 9 nights and had an amazing time. A taxi picked us up from the airport and Hanni met us at the apartment. He was really helpful and showed us places to visit during our stay and where the nearest bakery and supermarkets were. The apartment is even better than we expected; the views from the roof garden are breathtaking! We were able to walk everywhere and see all of the sites without any public transport. We'd definitely return again.

Apartment was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic - lovely, leafy streets, and lots of great restaurants and cafes. The only disappointment was that we had booked the apartment because of the private roof terrace (which has an amazing view of the Acropolis), but there were gardeners working on it so we weren't able to use it during the day.

Harry's apartment is very well located, nearby all the main attractions and restaurants and bars. it is quiet in the evening, so it was perfect for us. the apartment has a modern design and it is clean. from the roof terrace is possible to see the Parthenon very clearly. Harry helped arranging a taxi from the airport and we used the same service to go back to the airport; the price was honest and fair. Harry very kindly let us keep the luggage in the apartment for some extra time after check out. thank you very much again

This is one of the most satisfying apartments I've ever stayed in. The location is convenient, the room is clean, as shown in the pictures, and the service is also good. The only thing is that there is a service fee of 15 euros for check-in after 9pm, which should be the staff's overtime fee. The only thing I regret is that the hot water is not working. Four people shower and two people will not have hot water.

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. We preferred that it was just outside the primary Athens tourist district while still being so close to all the sights. There's good shopping and eating in the neighborhood and it's quiet in the apartment. The private roof deck is really really nice. Harry arranged an airport pickup for us which was very helpful and he was responsive in his communications. We stayed in two different apartments in Athens and of the two and Harry's place was nicer, better located, and more affordable.

This apartment is amazing. Very modern & walking distance to the Acropolis, the Plaka, restaurants, and all the sights. The rooftop view is fantastic! We enjoyed sunsets up there several nights. Hanni met us & gave us an overview of the area with recommendations. Dishwasher & laundry detergent we’re provided as well as shampoo, soap & shower gel which were appreciated! Harry & Hanni arranged our transportation to and from the airport - at very reasonable rates. We highly recommend this apartment & would stay here again if we are back in Athens.

We enjoyed staying at the flat. We were kindly welcomed at midnight and got explained everything about the flat and the city. The flat is very comfortable, with a spectacular roof terrace with a great view. If you are looking for a flat in the center of Athens with restaurants and bars around you without any noises at night and everything you need in walking distance, this is your place to go. We would definitely like to come back.

This is a modern property in Athens just south of the Acropolis. It was walkable to the Acropolis and other local sights. The apartment was modern, new, clean and well maintained. We had an issues with hot water and within an hour it was fixed. The host was extremely response to my requests and questions, even helped us organize transport to Piraeus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the rooftop balcony. The view of the Acropolis particular at night was stunning. We also had a balcony off the living room were we enjoyed our morning coffee. We were able to do some laundry and did some basic cooking. The place was really nice and comfortable. The pictures and descriptions were as stated. This place sleeps 4 comfortably. Would definitely try to stay here again, it was reasonably priced!

Apartment was as expected - great location with wonderful views from the private rooftop terrace. Our kids really enjoyed the two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, since they prefer that configuration over sharing a double bed. Harry arranged a taxi transfer with preferred driver Panos, who met us at Arrivals and gave us a nice ride to the apartment. Harry's associate Hani (Hanni?) met us with the keys, gave the grand tour and pointed out key locations/local highlights on a map of Athens. He then provided a brief orientation to the neighborhood and led us to a nearby bakery (which had a great breakfast and baked goodies). This is a very walkable location. As others have pointed out, it is within 5-10 minutes walk of the Acropolis, which is good in that you are close to the action without being disturbed by it. There are nice local restaurants nearby and they are generally lower-priced than those in the main tourist zone. A friendly little bottle shop is next to the Thai place on Veiku street. We stopped there one night on our way back from sightseeing to pickup beverages for the rooftop. In addition to bottled wines and other spirits, they sell some Greek wines by the cask which are inexpensive that you can try before you buy. Since we were in the middle of our overall trip, we used the washer to do our laundry. I was concerned about the absence of a dryer, but the apartment has 2 big drying racks to hang your clothes (pro tip: try to pack quick-drying fabrics and use the highest spin cycle). If you are visiting from the US, you should know that the typical washers installed in Euro kitchens are much smaller and also take 2-3x longer to run a cycle that what you might be used to, so plan accordingly.

Harry's place is the epitome of modern luxury living in Athens and we were very fortunate to be able to live in this place. The great features of Harry's property are too numerous to list but below are the highlights: 1) Very close to Acropolis - only 10 minutes walk to the main entrance of Acropolis. 2) Private parking space! This is a must for anyone who has a car rental as parking in the Athens streets is very difficult to find and can cause damage to the vehicle. Harry's place is one of the very rare spots near the Acropolis with its own dedicated parking space. 3) Very modern amenities - modern kitchen, modern living room with a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and electric outdoor blinds for each bedroom. 4) Perfect set-up for a family of 4 people: 2 adults and 2 kids. One bed for the adults and two separate twin beds for the kids. All in all, we had a great time at Harry's place and it is now on our permanent list of AirBnBs to rent in the future if we ever come back to Athens.

This place is great if you are traveling with kids. The location makes it walkable to all of the big attractions. Quiet neighborhood and amazing facility. Hanni and Costa gave us some super recommendations for dining and places to visit. And they were very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. This was our first AirBNB experience and our first time in Greece. We will definitely be back and will book this accommodation again!

Fantastic hosts, fantastic location, fantiastic stay! We were four friends visiting Athens for a long weekend and we had an amazing time staying here. Both Harry and his partner Hanni were amazing hosts - they were always on hand to answer all our questions before we arrived and then helped us a lot whilst we were there - nothing was too much and they always answered really quickly. On top of that the apartment was great. It's really perfectly located with so much on your doorstep and even more within walking distance. We couldn't have been happier with the location. We arrived on a Thursday and on Friday we even woke up to the most amazing street market on the road below, with tons of delicious fresh produce which made for an amazing breakfast. We stayed for three nights, but wish we could've been there longer which is always a good sign. Thank you Harry and Hanni for a fantastic stay :-)

Rooftop view of Acropolis, plenty of space to relax for a party of 3 (2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen), quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes walk from all the action (without the noise). Still, the apartment is situated in an area with great coffee places and restaurants, small markets and, for all you fellow yanks, access to pharmacies so you can deal with the COVID testing to get back home! Cost of the test? $6 Euros! Response in minutes! Harry & team took great care of us. our flights were cancelled so we had to scramble for more time. They also provided excellent transportation to/from the airport at very reasonable rates. Hani took the time to map out sightseeing around Athens and provided excellent suggestions on where to eat "like a local" for bargain prices (and he was spot on!). We loved our stay in Athens and would HIGHLY recommend Harry, Hani and the penthouse apartment (very modernized with updated appointments!). Brian

The apartment is well located, spacious and clean. You can walk to the top of Filopappou Hill in 15 minutes, from where you have amazing views of the whole city. You are only 10 minutes walk from the start of the main touristy area, but far enough away so that the noise doesn't keep you awake at night. One thing to be aware of is that what is described is what you get. For example, there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets, so if you want to use the dishwasher, you'll need to either bring these yourself, or go to the supermarket (which is only 3 minutes walk, so not a big deal). Communication with the host was very smooth. He arranged a taxi from the airport to the apartment which made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Hanni was extremely accommodating, he had given detailed instructions to ensure we knew where everything was on a large map. The home is gorgeous, well accommodating for the three of us that traveled together. It’s large and spacious, felt safe in the neighborhood. The view is amazing from the rooftop. The house looks like it is further from things than it really is, 5-7 minute walk to the Parthenon and related areas. If you’re traveling front the US or other English speaking area, there was no concerns with a language barrier and everyone was accommodating.

We enjoyed staying in this modern, bright, spacious and comfortable apartment during our first visit to Athens. Arrangements for transfer from the airport and introduction to the apartment were excellent. Hanni met us at the apartment and immediately made us feel very welcome. After showing us round Hanni took time to suggest places to visit and identified interesting locations on the Athens map - this proved invaluable information during our stay. The weather was unfortunately quite cold so we appreciated the heating which made the apartment comfortable regardless of the outside temperature. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances and the beds were comfortable. An exclusive roof top terrace has great views including of the Acropolis. The apartment is situated in a pleasant quiet district with easy walking to all the major sights around the inner city. Metro, buses and the tram system are excellent and also easily accessible from the apartment. So for anyone wishing to enjoy comfortable accommodation from which to explore the delightful city of Athens with its very friendly people, then we would certainly recommend this lovely apartment.

Great stay in Athens in Harry's apartment. The apartment is very well located, and access to the private terrace is exceptional, with superb views of the Parthenon. We did everything on foot from the apartment, everything is less than 20/25 minutes away. The parking space is also a plus in Athens, as we only used it to visit the surroundings, and it would have been complicated to park it without the reserved parking space. The apartment is new, and very pleasant to stay, with plenty of storage! In short, we recommend this apartment without so much as a second thought!

One of the best apartments in Athens. The house is new, built a couple of years ago. Only 4 floors and 4 apartments. The apartment is located on the top floor. Above the apartment there is a terrace overlooking the Parthenon. you will receive the keys to the terrace The apartment is new, modern renovation. Two cozy bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: in addition there is a coffee machine, juicer, grill. Once a week there is a market on the street right in front of the house - it's a fantastic experience and great products. The house is within walking distance of all attractions. Through our fault, the router settings were broken and Harry was in touch trying to help and by morning the Internet was working again. Separately, I want to thank the manager Hanny for his responsiveness, efficiency, cheerfulness, hospitality. He made us feel at home. Highly recommend

What a fantastic apartment! It is within walking distance to most of the main attractions that Athens have to offer. It is very clean, modern and spacious. The private roof terrace was an added bonus! It is located in a quiet street with a supermarket close by and lots of fantastic restaurants. The host was very helpful and organised a transfer for us, who was so friendly and gave us our own guided tour. The person who welcomed us at the apartment was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed about the local area. The location was exceptional, the apartment is very new and modern and the terrace has great views of the Acropolis, so we really enjoyed having our breakfast there. The communication with the host was very easy and he was there to kindly help anytime. There is an open but private parking space but the neighborhood is really quite and safe anyway. The only thing that disappointed us was the fact that we were asked to pay a 15 euros fee for late check-in, and I explain myself. It was communicated to us that according to the policy there was this extra fee applied to check-ins from 21:00 until 09:00 and we totally respect it. However, the day of our arrival, the Greek national road that one has to use to enter Athens coming from the northern part of the country was closed because of the devastating fires. Most flights were also delayed because of the smoke and it was really difficult to reach Athens. Therefore, I decided to drive all the way from Patras (7 hours non-stop) and I made it to the apartment at 21:30, so it's not like we checked-in at 02:00 a.m.. Plus, because of the fires (often electricity problems & black-outs), the elevator did not function, so we had to bring up and down our luggage for 5 floors taking the stairs. With all these in mind, we thought that it could have been nice if these 15 euros fee could have been skipped, taking into consideration the crisis situation the entire country was facing.

The property and amenities were amazing, even more than we expected. The property had everything we need and even more. Very close to main attraction ms in Athens. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for all the suggestions.

We had a great trip, the A/C went out the first 2 days we stayed there accept in the bedrooms, but Harry was great, had a repair team out, and fixed the issue - this happens and was not his fault - after that all was cool again, and the space is roomy, the roof top is beautiful, the home was well equipped.

Wonderful place in great location. Rooftop patio was amazing with great views. No coffee pods or other basic cooking items like salt and pepper but it’s a new place so probably working that stuff out. Overall highly recommend.

Nice new place close to all the attractions. Practically within walking distance to acropolis. Also beautiful view of it from the top terrace only accessible to apartment guests. AC is a must in the summer heat and we were thankful to have one. Although initially it was hot for the first evening. I would request the management company to turn it on eve before as it took at least 10 hours to get down to more comfortable level. Overall communication good, great recommendations and personal meet from the company rep. 5 star from me for overall performance. Would stay again.

If you’re looking for a perfect location to stay in Athens definitely book this place. The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, with all the amenities you might need during your stay. In terms of location, it’s minutes away from nice cafes, restaurants, and the Acropolis.

Very nice and complete apartment in Athens close to the center and in a very quite area. The rooftop terrasse is a very big plus for an evening apero with a partial view on the Acropolis. We had a great time there.

This is a really nice apartment in a new building in a great part of town. The view of the acropolis from the roof is really nice. The apartment itself has two nice bedrooms, a great bathroom and kitchen, and a nice living room and deck. Dishwasher and clothes washer were nice things to have. Their communication was great and they were very helpful. I felt confident that if I needed anything, they would respond quickly. Very professional and I highly recommend them and this place.
