If you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, a €15 late check-in fee will apply, payable to our colleague who will welcome you.
For arrivals between 23:00 and 09:00, the only option is to use our taxi service.
We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €25.

The space
An industrial space turned into a digital nomad’s paradise! Split in 3 open space levels, with a ceiling as high as 10m , this urban space fills all your requirements. You will also have a big desk with a screen and a keyboard at your disposal. A 200 Mb fibre internet connection satisfies every digital need. The b/w color palette enriched with splashes of orange keeps you calm yet energised. On the ground level there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. On the lower level there is a bathroom and an office space that offers privacy, it includes a desk with a screen, a keyboard and lamp. On the top level a bedroom with a double bed nested by the window next to a beautiful tree, brings calmness. Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal. We will be only one phone call or a text away for suggestions, help etc There are lots of great restaurants and coffee bars within a few minutes walk and on Saturdays there is a food market that takes place nearby. The apartment is situated in the middle of everything in a neighborhood full of life! Ideal for every type of guest! Agions Nikolaos tube station is a 10 minute walk, hop on the train and after one stop you will be ready to explore the historical center of Athens. Visit acropolis and Acropolis museum, shop at monastiraki, have a coffee at plaka, walk at Dionysiou Areopagitou, a splendid road at the feet of the Acropolis. The choices are endless! There are also many bus stations close to the apartment, with buses running 24/7 transporting you to every single spot in the city. The slick and cool apartment is located in a great neighborhood which is mix of expats, hipsters, and locals. There are many good cafes and restaurants within a few steps but you won’t be bothered by the noise. Harry and Romain are very courteous and responsive. Things to consider: the apartment is in 3 floors. Bedroom upstairs, living/kitchen main/bathroom basement. The spiral steps are a little narrow and a little steep. The AC will cool down the main floor but won’t really reach to the bedroom. Kitchen could be a little better equipped with cooking utensils. Everything considered, and if you don’t have mobility issues, I’d say it’s a cool apartment in a cool neighborhood.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
