This apartment was absolutely amazing! Everything was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The neighborhood is excellent, with supermarkets, cafés, and everything you may need nearby. It is also a wonderful area to walk around, especially in the evening, and the city center is very easy to reach by metro. The terrace deserves a special mention it was our favorite place to relax after exploring Athens. You can hear the neighbors a little, but it did not bother us at all. I would like to give special thanks to Harry for his professionalism, quick replies, and clear instructions. As this was my first trip to Athens, his help made everything stress-free. Many thanks as well to Hanni for the warm welcome and helpful recommendations. They are both incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Athens!

An apartment in a great location by the marina. We were able to enjoy the seafront and spend the day visiting the historic centre of Athens thanks to the nearby metro. Very convenient and well-equipped accommodation.

Awesome location. Perfect communication and caring host. Harry and Velia were very kind and responsive. Cosy place with private outdoor backyard but needs a refreshment in bathroom and kitchen and the door from kitchen to backyard which could be very practical was locked and it was not comfortable for late night stay ups, as one should pass through the bedroom to reach outside and that was bothering for who was asleep in the bedroom. The oven and washing machine should be fixed as they both not functioning well , mainly the washing machine which literally does not wash properly. I am sure if I had asked Harry to fix it , that would be done fast but I prefer not to be disturbed during our stay and took them to laundry by the house. In total it s worth the price. Thank you Harry.

Very pleasant accommodation in a great location! A small drawback was collecting the keys, which was more complicated. We had to wait an hour before we could get in. We had problems getting hot water on several occasions. And above all, the big problem: there were water leaks that flooded the bathroom, and we had to find a solution to avoid this as much as possible... The insulation wasn't great; we could hear the neighbours a lot

The apartment left a very positive impression overall. The location by the harbour is really lovely, and the metro is also easy to get to, which made our stay very hassle-free. There are a few nice bars and good restaurants in the area, so you've got plenty of options for the evening as well. On the whole, the flat matches the photos and is equipped with the most important things. Particularly noteworthy is the large terrace, where you can relax wonderfully or play a cosy game of cards. We were also able to check in early, which was very convenient. The contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. The bed was comfortable, so we were able to sleep well, even though the pillow could have been a bit better. However, a few minor points could be improved: in some areas, particularly in the bathroom and around the bed, the flat was not quite as clean as one would have liked. Harry’s place was great! The location was perfect and very close to the marinas, the beaches, shops, restaurants ect. Not far from Athens and generally a nice place to stay near the city. The apartment was located in a great area right in front of the sea. The stay was very nice thank you!

Great location, clean and cozy apartment. My only issue was the shower, which often didn’t stay hot for more than a few minutes. I’m not sure if this is a typical issue in Greece. Otherwise, the apartment met all expectations.

At check-in we had to hurry even though we wanted to check in during the specified times. He would have to go to the next appointment. A key box might make sense here. The location of the place is great, right on the promenade. Supermarkets are also close. The place in itself was beautiful. Could be cleaner in a few places. The bathroom smelled a bit. Despite cleaning fees, we had to take out the garbage ourselves. Communication with the host worked out very well.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay in this Airbnb. The apartment was very old and in much worse condition than the photos suggested. It felt like the pictures were deliberately edited or taken in a way to mislead potential guests. Additionally, the washing machine did not work, which was a significant inconvenience. The kitchen had a noticeable smell, and we had to keep the door closed to avoid it. Despite paying a €45 cleaning fee, we were still asked to take out the garbage ourselves, which felt unreasonable. Furthermore, while the site asked us to choose a check-in time convenient for us, and our chosen time was approved, the host later insisted this wasn’t their usual check-in time. As a result, we had to wait an hour and a half to check in. On a positive note, Hanni was great and very helpful throughout the stay. However, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made to match the listing’s description and service expectations.

Very loving Harry and Valentina at the front desk. The apartment well located, at the front of the marina where there are tired restaurants and nightlife. Overall the apartment was fine, I would love to say that it was excellent but it had a bit of a cigarette smell and some things did not work so well (washing machine, shower). But anyway it was a nice place to stay and I think the price/quality balance is fine.

The location of the house is very central, very close to everything. There is a very nice balcony/terrace. The interior of the house was only a little cold, the air conditioners were not heated in sufficient efficiency. As of our season, we were a little cold. But it was not too much of a problem as we spent most of the day outside. It was a pleasant and nice stay for us. Thank you also for the clean and tidy houses and items.

The location is the real selling point - you're a 10 minute walk from the main area of Piraeus and across the street from the Marina. The washer machine came in very handy as well. The kitchen worked well and cooking up some basic meals was easy. I came for mostly work purposes so I didn't explore much.

Thank you for hosting and it was a good stay except we were bothered by mosquitoes from evening and are forced to close all doors a little early in the evening to prevent them otherwise for the rest it's impeccable. Thanks again and see you next time.

I think it's inadmissible to pay some extra money for the cleanliness and ask you to throw away the trash and wash the dishes. Also the bathroom the wardrobes and the kitchen are very old. It is a dark apartment and you feel inseparable as the back is on the ground floor.

Harry's place is in a great location right by the marina, where in a short walk, many things like bars, restaurants, and other goodies can be found. The space was clean, cozy, and big. Entrance was easy to find, and access to the host was effective. Highly recommend this place.

Harry’s place is ideally located for the marina, cafes, restaurants and a nearby beach. It is not far from the archaeological museum and other places of interest. It is about 1km from the closest rail station at Dimotiko Theatro. Although there were some essential items lacking on arrival, this was soon resolved. Some tlc is needed in terms of decor, particularly in the bathroom, but on the positive side the WiFi was good, sitting area comfortable, the flat is very secure and private, and washing machine useful (particularly to freshen clothes in the very hot weather). The apartment would benefit from an information pack detailing attractions, local shops and general facilities, especially how the local bus service works in terms of destinations and which shop to use. This is a good location to stay geographically if whishing to spend some time in Piraeus.

The place is located in the main neighborhood - with lot of restaurants nearby and the marina. The place was as described - although the bath tub does not have a stopper plug, so you can't use it as a bath tub. Harry and Dimitris were helpful with the pre-checkin and the checkin/checkout. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place in Piraeus near the marina.

The location of appartment is perfect, right in marina, so close to plenty shops and Cafeteria or even simple city beach. Harry and Hanni communicated smoothly, in advance with accurate instructions and provided us also by useful tips for travelling out of Athens. We have slight rebuke, althought the interior of the old flat is previsely designed, we found it a bit untidy especially in bathroom and with not well equiped kitchen - missing forks and few pieces of other stuffs. On the other hand, coffee machine was a pleasant bonus. In period with colder weather the appartmen is quite chili (kitchen, and bathroom). In rooms the AC works perfectly though. Thank you for nice memories in this place!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable and with a nice energy! The only point to improve would be to have mosquito nets so that mosquitoes do not enter the apartment. I advise you to bring mosquito repellent. Otherwise, very good location next to nice restaurants at the Marina.

The apartment in Pireaus is fantastic to explore Athens (easily reachable by metro + bus) and the harbour city of Piraeus. You are only a few steps away from the marina and it's cafes, bars and tavernas where you can have great sea food. In case you are heading out to the islands by ferry, this is the perfect spot to combine both the capital city of Athens with a bit of island hopping. The communication with Harry has been easy, quick and very helpful with a lot of tips and offers such as airport transfer from Athens. See you soon and many thanks!

Great apartment in a good location if you want to be close to Athens (30 minutes or so by bus) but in a quieter and less touristy location. Lots of great coffee and pastry cafes close by as well as restaurants.

The flat is lovely and has some amazing furniture. The outside space is really rare to find in that location. I had no issues with the internet or the hot water which always seem to be a sticking point in Greece. The location is amazing it is near the business hub of Piraeus and right on the marina which allows you to explore so much of Piraeus. Harry and Hanni who are the POC's were both very accommodating and helped me when needed. Thoroughly recommended

The apartment was functional,beautifully decorated,clean and in a very convenient location for us.supermarket etc. shops all very close as well as Marina Zea for walking..the consultation with the owner and his willingness to help us with anything we might need more than impeccable.. Wonderful, very stylish apartment. With a lot of interior details, candles and all sorts of cozy elements: lamps, different dishes. Everything is very convenient, you feel absolutely comfortable at home. Wonderful inner courtyard garden. And very helpful hosts. Our special thanks to Alla, for answering all our 1000 questions) and what a miracle that we could communicate in Russian. We highly recommend these apartments to those who appreciate individuality and accommodation with soul. One of the drawbacks is that the apartment is cold, especially during the period when we were there (January), but the air conditioners save the day.

Very modern apartment with all necessary stuff. Fast internet connection: 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload via WiFi is ideal both for remote work and leisure. Well designed lighting: possible to use white daylight general lamps; before sleep switch to yellow spotlights (both options are in all rooms); and large windows of course (can be completely blinded by roller shutters). Orthopedic mattress in bedroom is a guarantee of well sleep, especially with combination of these yellow lighting. Spent half of a day (or sometimes night as well) on huge balcony with my laptop during work. It was a surprise for me that there was no microwave in the kitchen, but when I've asked Harry about it - he brought one there! Most households in Greece don't have microwave because of traditions, but here now is one of the places with it ;) There are some most popular chain food shops nearby, but later I got lazy and was ordering 15 mins delivery via one familiar mobile app. Everyday was walking thru beautiful promenade with view of beach, bays , yachts, stone coast, coast on other side and islands in the far. Also there are some hills there in Pireas, from the one of them near theater can see a lot of these things from above. Also metro station is in 20 mins by foot - very convenient way to travel to the center of Athens and other places. And, of course, port with ferries - way to islands. Also possible to rent a yacht. Communication and courtesy were very good as was the location. But unfortunately it was very dirty with hair and dust, all over the house. There were no nets on balcony doors and windows, so mosquitoes and flies, etc., entered, not to mention spider webs and spiders everywhere. The sofa is not for an adult to sleep on and the garden/terrace, although it was summer, was not well maintained, on the contrary it was dirty and you could not sit outside. I won't choose it again.
