Harry and Velia gave us a very warm welcome! We quickly felt at home! They responded well to our questions and requests! The apartment is very well located, near a supermarket, a café, restaurants, a patisserie and a metro station. We loved staying here. There were 4 of us adults, and the apartment was just perfect for the 4 of us. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

A quiet neighbourhood by Athens standards. The accommodation is very close to a metro and bus stop. Spotless, with spacious areas, air conditioning in every room and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were helpful and responded immediately to anything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Harry's. He was always very responsive, and the person who welcomed us was very friendly and gave us lots of advice, whether it was about unusual places to visit or restaurants. They were very attentive to us. The rooms are a bit noisy as they face the avenue. The location is very good for getting around the city, close to the tram and the Sygrou-Fix metro station.

A perfect place for a family stay in Athens! The apartment is modern, beautifully renovated, bright, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It’s incredibly convenient—right by the metro, a 7-minute walk to the Acropolis, and 15 minutes to local shops and restaurants. Our host, Velia, was an absolute star! She greeted us at check-in, helped us settle in, and gave us amazing sightseeing tips. We will definitely stay here again!

We received a quick response to all our requests before and during the booking. The house is located within walking distance of everywhere and very close to the metro exit when arriving from the airport. The house has everything you need and is clean, beautiful and designed to be convenient. During our stay in the city, we received very good suggestions regarding places and sightseeing, as well as information and requests. If we happen to be in the area again, we would like to stay in this area and in the same house. We had a very enjoyable holiday and recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much for everything.

Great place, it was clean and newly renovated. Location was amazing, short distance to walk to all attraction, restaurants and near subway or bus where you can reach beach or Piraeus port. Host was friendly and respond to our questions promptly. We had “Bread Factory” Bakery around the corner everyday. Snacks/ water/ lunch and of course sweet treats. We had amazing time.

A stunning apartment in a great location - easy to walk to all the sights of Athens - the Acropolis, Agora, Olympic Stadium etc. A 10 minute drive from the beach. There are also brilliant brunch, drinks and dinner spots very nearby. But it didn't feel too noisy or crowded, and definitely felt safe! Both Harry and Velia were super helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you!

The ideal location! In less than 10 minutes, our group of 4 were able to walk to the Acropolis and museum, so we were truly in the heart of everything. The place was exactly as pictured and incredibly comfortable. The best part was probably the hosts and guidebook we received. Everyone involved was incredibly communicative and thorough. Hanni met us at the door to let us in, show us the place, and teach us about the city which was super helpful. The guidebook included a map with countless recommendations for everything we could need during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment!!

The place was very pleasant. My children and my husband felt comfortable. There was everything you needed for a short stay. Perhaps the kitchen utensils could be updated a bit; a toaster would be great. And curtains in the living room. However, it didn't bother us that the neighbours across the way could see into our flat. We have arranged. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very central, but it has the natural disadvantage of being on the main road. As a result, we didn't sleep the first night because the windows are so thin. But the second night was already better, and with earplugs, things are going very well. My children slept very well. We would recommend the flat again, and we would come back as well.

Harry was able to get me in very last minute when my other accommodation failed. He was very responsive to messages and accommodating. The flat is in a good location (I stay nearby every year). It was clean, had everything you need, and was modern. The co-host provided excellent recommendations for restaurants outside of touristy locations. Check in and check out we're super easy. Fully recommend. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment, well equipment with necessities and working appliances. Within walking distance of the Acropolis and centre. Great transport links, very close to metro, bus stops and taxi bay. supermarkets in walking distance. Very near main road, which is loud, it woke us up a few times in the mornings. Also bare in mind, directly next to construction site, also very loud in the mornings. we were out during the day. feedback: could do with some curtains in the living room for privacy.

Fabulous stay! I would have extended my stay at Harry’s, if it were available. The apartment is in a fantastic location in the hippest part of Athens. There are lots of great restaurant and cafes just a few steps away. The apartment is tres chic, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Also, the host was very friendly and accommodating. Would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment hosted by Harry and co is in the middle of Athens, close to most locations you might wish to visit during your stay at Athens. It's a 5-7 mins walk to the metro, and a couple of mins walk to a bus stop. There are quite a few dining options and amenities closeby. The apartment is as shown in pictures, is clean in a nice building and is family friendly. You have direct lift access to the place. We had a pleasant stay during our trip.

we had the opportunity to get an early check in, which was awesome! (arrived pretty early) very nice and spacious appartement. nice decoration in the whole apartment. yes, you will hear some traffic in the bedrooms, but keep in mind that you are in a big city. for us it was not a dealbreaker. balcony on 2 sides of the apartment. We had a perfect stay! thanks there is a lift in the building. we had a perfect stay!

Very noisy bedrooms because of the bad quality of windows and doors for an apartment so close to a main road. We found Bathroom that had a moldy shower curtain, that was disgusting. After taking a shower there is water all around . Bathroom has no windows and no fan, so it stays humid and with smell. In general floors and couch were not very clean. It’s a pity, because the apartment is furnished with taste and it’s in a good area. Last but not least, we had a nice welcoming.

Apartment exactly as shown in the photos. Acropolis 10 minutes walk. Lots of shops and restaurants around the apartment. Very responsive host, perfect hosting, taxi on arrival with a car seat for our 5-year-old son. The bedroom side is close to a very busy road, the only drawback of being in a capital like Athens!

Greate stay. Acommodated an early check-in and a late checkout free of charge. Also accomodated our luggage from the early morning before the checkout. Greate location, out of the too-busy naborhood of the Plaka, but in center, nearby cofee places and resturants. Nearby grocery store and butcher. The appartment is well decorated and fully equipped. we would gladly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Athens thanks to Harry, his team Valentina and Panos, and the great neighbourhood of this apartment. Harry was extremely responsive as a host, offering suggestions for activities and coordinating taxi from the airport to the apartment for the same price as a normal cab. Valentina met us at the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. She even noticed something we did not and came back later to deliver fresh linens. The apartment itself is perfect for a short stay in Athens and has a great location.

Pros - Nice cosy apartment in a good location. Safe area, bread factory around the corner, a few restaurants in the next lane, 20 mins walking to Acropolis and Plaka. Apartment was clean. Valentina welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a short brief the apartment and surrounding areas. Kitchen has almost everything you need and the coffee maker was a bonus. Has 2 balconies, a washing machine and clothes rack which was useful. Cons - Only 1 toilet available and the door could not be locked. We raised it with valentina but she only responded to fix it a day later by which we managed our way around it. One of the bedrooms did not have the black out stickers on the upper windows but we managed with it too.

The host was very responsive and this is very important so no complaints there. Aesthetically the apartment looks very nice in the photos but does not match what you get once you arrive. My kids were barefoot in the home until we saw how black their feet became. Like completely black!!! So dirty! It seems it was cleaned with a Hoover but was not mopped for a very long time. The bathroom door was broken and would not close , not even lock. The cushions outside were covered in bird poop, there was only filter coffee with no filter coffee machine and espresso coffee but no instant. There were only two drinking glasses to use. When you had a shower the water would leak into the whole bathroom. The oven was dirty from previous guests and was not cleaned. Generally it was ok to stay there for a couple of nights but not longer. The beds I must say were very comfortable.

nice apartment. good location. pretty good communication. in the night the bedrooms are not 100% quiet ( a street with traffic is close to the apartment) but we could sleep tho - I would say noise was a 7,36/10 ( 10 too noisy).

My hubby, kiddo (16yo teen) and I absolutely loved our stay of 5 nights at this rare GEM. Leading up to the visit, I'm glad Harry shared nearby recommendations for tours and activities. Once we arrived, I knew we were in for a treat. The place is roomy, outfitted like a modern loft - and we loved it's location, within a few minutes walk from everything as this was a first-time visit introducing our kiddo to Athens. Hello, we walked to Acropolis! Location, location, location. Very easy to walk up the street for restaurants, every meal was great, even from small mom/pop places for a local Chicken Souvlaki for 4 euros! We didn't really use the kitchen, except to keep our water bottles cold, but we certainly enjoyed our daily breakfast (takeaway croissants/sandwiches from Bread Factory, 1 block away! Addicting!!!) on actual dinnerware. The AC works like a champion!!! Thanks to Harry's recommendation, we saw a play on Greek mythology (performed in English) - our teen LOVED. Efcharistó!

We really enjoyed the place. It has excellent location, few minutes from metro and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Acropolis. This was our first airbnb reservation in Athens and do not know what is the local custom. Adding window/balcony door mosquito nets would be very helpful. At this time of the year there was plenty of them.

We had a very nice stay at Harry’s place. He had organized a pickup from the airport and the driver John was super courteous and helped us with the check in and made it very easy. The place was clean, private and exactly what we expected. The location was great and is walking distance from the main attractions of Athens and the eating places. Nestled in the art district, this place was well appointed for two couples or parents and 3 children as there is a couch in the living room. Any direction from this spot offers Athens at it's best.. you are blocks from the Plaka...and all of the beauty of the Acropolis and surrounding history ....and no visit to Athens is complete without a trip to Breto's in the Plaka. It was also handy to have two sets of keys to the apartment.

Such a great place. Located in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and stores and close to Athens major sites. We got to be tourists, while getting a taste of authentic modern life in Athens. Athenians drinking coffee, netting for drinks, shopping, dating. We used the car service that Harry recommended which made everything super easy - they picked us up at the airport, provided a car seat for our babe, and let us in to the airbnb and oriented us to the place. When we left a few days later the car service was there to bring us home. A perfect weekend. Highly recommend.

Great location and very hip restaurants and cafes nearby (e.g. Asiaki, Guarantee, Bel Ray)! We stayed there for two weeks and felt very comfortable. Extra requests such as an additional desk to work were also quickly organized - thank you for that! The internet is ok but was a bit slow when three of us were working.

Everything was perfect. Quiet area and accessible to all amenities. Metro stop nearby and supermarket about 150 meters from the house. We hope to be back soon. A beautiful and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Close to metro station, the center and to cool cafe, bars and restaurants. The host was excellent and kind and gave us recommendations on places in Athens. When we left, we used the shuttle services they offered and I highly recommend using them - the same price as a all taxi but the service is much better!

The apartment is as described and photographed. It is well located because it is a 10-minute walk from the museum and the Acropolis. Not far away there are small supermarkets and restaurants. The accommodation is clean and offers basic necessities: coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, washing-up liquid, sponges/towels, laundry... We recommend it and will return without hesitation.

We loved are stay at this place. The appartement is very nice and the pictures are as the condo is in real life. It is ideal for a 3 or 4 person stay and has all the facilities you need.
