BACK-UP POWER

In the event of power failure, the inverter covers lights, tv and one central plug-point – this is limited to a few hours, depending on the load. There is a gas stove but not oven.

Very important, the wifi is not powered by the inverter.

Bedroom One: (Kids Bunk Room) Built-in bunk beds, built-in cupboards, En suite bathroom with bath

Bedroom Two: Three-quarter bed with pull out three quarter, built-in wardrobes and en-suite with shower

Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes Housekeeping 7 days a week (excluding public holidays) but it can be arranged at an extra cost)
Weekly pool & garden maintenance

2 Loads of laundry are included per day

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

We do not accept student bookings
High season bookings require a minimum of 10 nights
No parties are allowed at the home.
