The apartment is fantastic, it's really big and has all the amenities you need. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms is a big plus when staying as a group. The host was very friendly and always responded extremely quick, even late in the evening. The gill on the balvony is great to have. The apartment is also quite centrally located and easy to reach by public transport. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The house was larger than we expected, the location was advantageous, and we could easily get to anywhere we wanted to go. The woman who greeted us was very polite, and we checked in very easily. The instructions for the house were very good and sufficient. The house had everything we needed. The only problem was that the cleanliness was worse than I expected, unfortunately. The floors and towels were dirty, but otherwise it was a great experience. We would like to thank Harry and his team very much.

Great, very spacious, and comfortable Airbnb for our family of 4 and grandparents. Loved the side views from the main balcony. Nice small street and the location is very close to the metro which made it easier to get to the touristy area and center of town and next to a beautiful big park. Many coffee shops and good bakeries just downstairs. Hosts were very hospitable and friendly and provided great recommendations.

apartment in a convenient location. The green line metro station is very close, and there are also convenient bars for breakfast, bakeries and a market. From the information I had gathered, the neighbourhood was not one of the most recommended, but in reality, we had no problems and it doesn't seem worse than others we have stayed in. We didn't experience it late in the evening, but even at 7 in the morning it was very quiet, as it was around 9-10 in the evening. We booked the 3 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and towels, as well as bed linen. Very friendly and always available check-in staff, and very simple check-in and check-out procedures.

The house is spacious and bright, the rooms are comfortable and have a comfortable mattress. It has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days. It's in a very well-connected area, with the metro just a five-minute walk away. When we arrived, there was someone waiting for us to explain everything, and they were attentive to our needs, quickly resolving a couple of issues in one of the rooms. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation in central Athens, close to Biktoria metro station, which made it easy to get to attractions and the airport. Many good restaurants nearby. A bit noisy at times, but that's natural in an apartment in such a central location. Luxurious with a private bathroom for each bedroom!

There were six of us and we stayed at Harry's for 5 nights. The flat is very spacious, and the large kitchen in particular, with its communal area and adjoining balcony, was inviting for sitting together. The individual bedrooms with their own bathrooms were particularly practical. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the large fridge was very helpful. Since there were only double beds, each with only one large blanket, we requested additional blankets. It could have been there from the start. Harry and his team responded quickly and brought us more blankets (for an extra fee). You also quickly provided us with a second key on request. The transfer service to the airport was also very straightforward, convenient and reliable. Overall, we felt we were in good hands, and Harry always responded quickly!

We were three couples of friends who spent four nights in the flat, and each of us had our own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The flat is located 30–35 minutes from all essential amenities, and the city centre is within easy walking distance. There is also a metro station 3 minutes from the flat, which we did not use, however. There was everything we needed in the apartment. Supermarkets and grocery shops are just a short distance away. Harry is very helpful and quick to respond to any enquiries we had, and he also helped us with transport to and from the airport. The flat is second-hand, but it's nice and clean, and everything works as it should. Top recommendations from here

We stayed at Harry's place with some friends. The house was fantastic for us; 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and spacious common areas. The tube station, located about 150 metres away, made getting around very easy. But the real plus point is the host; Harry supported us and gave us advice throughout, making everything much easier.

The flat is exactly as shown in the photos – large and very spacious, perfect for a big family like ours. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was of excellent quality; the only thing missing was the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. On the other hand, there were excellent quality complimentary soaps, as well as capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Harry was thorough and gave us all the help we needed to make the most of our stay in Athens.

Overall just what you need for a big family or big group- super close to metro line - in central Athens within couple of stops. House has everything you need- comfortable. Few bits need a bit of TLC but no major issues. Traffic noice is an issue as single glazed windows but that’s the case in most places in Athens. Has lift and lovely park nearby, great food places on the same street too.

Me and my group stayed for a couple of days and it was amazing, many areas just to relax within the apartment. Many amazing spots to ranging from breakfast to dinner spots just 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Will definitely book again when we come back to Athens!

The pros are the location, the generous size/layout of the apartment, the balconies and the very responsive, helpful hosts. I agree with the other reviews on the cons, it is very noisy (as is everywhere very central) due to poor windows/old frames, there is really only one useable bathroom that does not create water issues, and the whole place needs lots of minor maintenance as many things are cracked, chipped, rusty or damaged. That said, nothing that interferes with the use of the apartment as all appliances worked and the host was great in leaving the basic supplies expected including wash pods. We appreciated the size of the place and the ease of walking 30 minutes into the old town. The run down nature of the apartment is very much in line with the price, so just what we expected!

Communication with the host couldn’t have been better and the place was very clean and well equipped. It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures: two flats joined into one provide two separate lounging areas, one with a full kitchen and one with a kitchenette. It worked out really well for a group. Bedrooms are big and very comfortable. There is some wear and tear that could be easily repaired but it doesn’t impact functionality.

The apartment is located very close to a main road. You can hear sirens of ambulances all day and night. The pictures of the apartment are far away from reality. Baths are broken, walls are pilling off. Dirty and poor maintenance.

This place is awesome for a 3 person stay where each get a queen bed. The kitchen was clean with all the equipments needed. The apartment is safe with entrance at the ground floor, located by the mainroad, which is easy to identify and relatively safe. Satisfied stay and worth the pay.

Our stay here was great. Dimitris met us upon arrival and made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. Flexible check in was a relief after a long flight. Host arranged transports for all family members arriving at all different times of the day. Lots of room for a family of 5 adults. Easy walk to coffee shops and city center. Host was very responsive to all our needs. Would recommend!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean towels, sheets and the apartment in general. In the kitchen we find tea, coffee, sweets at our disposal. The bathrooms had shower gel and shampoo. TV with access to Netflix and other platforms.

Convenient accommodation near Victoria subway which serves Athens tourist city center in 2 or 3 stops. Spacious accommodation, large space in the living room and bedrooms, large table and sofa. Peaceful residential building. No double glazing but the bedrooms are not on the side of the main boulevard October 28 so quiet bedrooms are quiet. Functional air conditioners! which is pleasant with high heat.

This is a good apartment in a very good location. The place is spacious and comfortable and suited our needs pretty well. We were also arranged travel to and from the airport and ferry port which was very handy as we were a group too large for a normal taxi. There were a few issues, including not finding an AC remote for one of the rooms and a missing blind, but the host was very good at being responsive and trying to resolve the issues.

Global apartment is very big and luminous. The city access is very easy with one metro station to be in the center. We was a bit disappointed discovering alive cockroaches under the sofa, an old socks under our bed and underwear’s on the side of the bed. It could be much more clean. Also many details lacks of care : - 2 blinders was brocken in the bedrooms. - The kitchen looks unfinished - many details are brocken or messed up (door handle, cracks and stagnant water in bathrooms, messy cables hanging from Tv, feet from a bed falling apart…) - lacking toilet paper and trash bags… Globally it seams this apartment is poorly treated to profit Airbnb good payback. We ended up asking a little refund to compensate but the agency treats us as scammers…

Large and spacious apartment, where each room has its own private bathroom and there are two collective spaces, one small and one large. Great for a group of people. The location is convenient to the metro a few meters and the center is also close by on foot. In the house it should be done for maintenance, there are several elements, especially in the bathroom, damaged. Hanni, the guy we checked in with was very kind and helpful. However, we were asked for an additional cash fee for check-in after 9pm. Indication not present in the listing and that it violates the airbnb regulations. For the rest, a positive experience.

We had an amazing time in this Airbnb. It was so spacious and Hanni was incredibly welcoming and gave us some fantastic recommendations. It was very clean and comfortable. Only thing to watch out for is that the solar boiler is quite limited in the amount of water it can heat, so make sure you turn on the electric boiler in advance of showering!

This is a great, large space for a larger group. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was a fantastic plus. The location was perfect for our business in Athens. There were six of us (three couples) and the space was fantastic for what we were looking for. Our only struggle was enough hot water for everyone to shower each day but a lot of that was due to it be solar heated water (mostly) and the weather did not cooperate. Harry and Hanni were very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
