PLEASE NOTE:

The family has a small French Bulldog that lives with the family during the year.

The pets will not be in the house when guests are staying, however, we would suggest guests be conscious of this if they are prone to pet allergies.

Bedroom Four: (Master) Queen bed, sliding doors onto deck and pool, walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower and bath

Guests have the whole property to themselves

Other things to note

Please note that all adult group bookings are generally not approved due to Homeowners preferring family bookings with children.

HOUSEKEEPING
Rental includes housekeeping from Monday to Friday, 8 am until 2 pm
(Weekends and/or public holidays are not included in the rental but can be arranged at an extra cost)
Weekly garden maintenance

2 Loads of laundry are included per day - under listing basics - other details to note.

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

RESERVATIONS
This house offers limited availability throughout the year.
We do not accept student bookings & no parties are allowed at the home.
High season bookings require 10 nights or more for this house
