The stay was excellent. I really liked everything. The only unpleasant thing was the cockroaches. There weren't very many of them, but we kept seeing a couple in the morning. Overall, it was very good; the host offered to help deal with them. It's a pleasure to meet you. I hope the landlord will disinfect the flat and that it will be more pleasant to live in. In any case, thank you very much! And I really liked the location of the flat – everything you need is nearby, and the flat is in a fantastic area!

Nea Smyrni is an amazing neighbourhood and Harry's cozy place definitely fits to it! The studio itself and its location is perfect. Harry and Hanni were so solution-based and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

This place was great and located in a lovely area - we were pleasantly surprised! It’s a wonderful suburb of Athens. If you prefer to stay away from the busyness of the city centre, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s about 15 minutes by tram to the beach and a similar distance to the city centre. The neighbourhood is both residential and commercial, with a large, beautiful square full of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, gyms, and Pilates studios. The apartment is right next to the square, a good size for two people for a short-term stay, and has everything you need. A couple of small improvements could make it even better - the shower should be fixed, as the water currently floods the bathroom, and it would be great to have a few more plates and wine glasses. Overall, a good stay and I’d recommend it!

This was my second stay at Harry's Nea Smyrni appartment and as in my previous - comprehensive - review, I have been extremely satisfied with both my stay and Harry as a host. The place is just as advertised: location, cleanliness, amenities and quality of sleep: All Top notch! Harry was very friendly and responsive and both check-in and check-out were seamless. This place is bound to remain my "home away from home" and I will surely be returning.

Wonderful apartment. Tastefully refurbished, free of clutter and clean. The location is simply unbeatable with absolutely everything on your doorstep. Hanni and Harry were wonderful hosts, always available, accommodating and polite. I highly recommend this unit to solo travellers and couples.

Homey and clean place, lovely open concept kitchen and living room area. Wonderful and quiet area, good privacy! Extremely close to many food options, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping and public transportation. Easy check in. Overall, everything was positive

Thank you for the most amazing stay. Great location with lots to see and do in the neighborhood and also very central from other areas. Surrounded just minutes walk from lovely local restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have chosen better!!!

Harry’s place was excellent! I stayed for 2 weeks and it had everything I could ask for. It’s exactly like the photos, clean and with all the amenities that you could need.its in a beautiful location next to the Plateia with heaps of bars, restaurants, shopping and next to tram that takes you to the city Center or to Glyfada and beach .In a safe area to walk around even late at night.Highly recommended and definitely I would stay again next time I visit Athens.

It was one of the rare instances that the photos perfectly corresponded to the actual offering! A very well maintained flat, spotless, spacious, perfectly located by the hustle and bustle of the main square of Nea Smyrni, yet remarkably quiet (thanks to the double glazed windows). Special mention to the mattress and pillows which catered for a great sleep. All the amenities (including great internet connection) were top notch and the flat had a truly homesy feel to it. Perfect for work, a city break or a staycation. All in all, it exceeded my expectations and then some more! Harry was very responsive and really minor issues were promptly addressed by his colleagues. I will be definitely returning.

Harry's place was central, right in the square full of restaurants, shops, and cafes. The neighborhoods are super friendly and it's conveniently close to both the center of Athens and the South Athens beaches. Felt like home.

If you are staying outside the center this is a good choice. This place is close to Smirni square where there is a lot of social local family nightlife , bars, cafes and shops. It’s also next to a very popular shopping area and more open and happy than shopping in the city. For remote work not ideal as it doesn’t have a desk to sit at but the WiFi was ok and the couch comfortable .

A good AIRBNB experience. The location of the apartment is perfect - zero distance to public transportation (buses & tram), which can take you to either the center of Athens or to Piraeus port, plenty of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, stores of any kind etc. The host was friendly and responsive, the apartment itself was pleasant and very clean, fits the photos and descriptions. The bedroom and living room are facing a busy street, but when the windows are closed it's okay. All in all, a good place to stay in Athens in general and in the lovely area of Nea Smyrni in particular.

Harry is one of the best hosts I have ever had on AirBNB. He is extremely quick to respond, provides us with everything we needed, and was extremely helpful in organizing transportation to and from the airport. As for as the place at Nea Smyrni Square, it is beautiful. Super close to everything you could want. There is a tram and a subway station within walking distance that will take you anywhere you need to go in Athens. I have to give this listing and Harry a 5/5 stars. Note: it gets loud at night since you are beside the main square.

Amazing place! I am traveling a lot for business purposes. This place has everything you want. A few elements which make a world of difference like the followings. Flexible arrival accommodating me leave my luggage earlier and on my way to attend a conference. Fully equipped. They have an iron! The neighborhood is just super nice, clean, with lots of restaurants /stores open late and a nice public place. The hosts are responsive and client oriented making your stay just perfect!!

Harry’s place felt like home the moment we checked in . His team was very welcoming when we arrived. The flat looked even better than in photos. Amazing kitchen, cozy bedroom in a very nice and warm area. The only downside was the side of the street our bedroom was on - was pretty noisy but that’s a detail - Greek streets are always noisy at night 😅 Highly recommended- great value for the price We willl be back

The distribution was great . The house was very clean and equipped . Very bright and also in a city good location . The only negative thing as an observation was the somewhat hard mattress . Maybe it's also a personal preference . We highly recommend it .

excellent place to stay. the apartment was perfectly clean and every detail thought about. the kitchen was probably one of the best stocked Airbnb kitchens (they had absolutely everything you need). the living room area was very comfortable and the bedroom was clutter free and very peaceful. would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the house from January 8th to February 6th (for business, vacations and medical reasons). We are completely satisfied with our stay. The location is super convenient for anything we wanted (food, shopping, entertainment, transportation). The house was clean, very comfortable and warm (both heater and air-condition!) , fully equipped for anything needed and anyone staying a long time like us. The service from Chryssa and Harry was perfect. Everything we needed was there for us very quickly, with friendliness and kindness. We will probably stay there next year as well.

An amazing apartment right at the heart on the N. Smyrni square. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it feels like home and it’s suitable for long stays like mine. The host is very responsive and quick although they force communication via Whats ap The check-in is easy and can be done by the host welcoming you or with a lockbox. In my case it was a bit challenging. When booking the check in time was set at 13:00, which was later changed to 16:00 and at the day of check-in there were some issues that thankfully we overcame. The apartment was overall clean with fresh bedsheet and towels. The location is excellent, right at N. Smyrni square with lots of options for dinning, coffee, and shopping. Also, you’re close to the Tram and bus stops. The apartment is located on the first floor but there is no elevator. Is not really a problem since it’s only a few stairs you have to take. Definitely recommended and I’d stay there again! Thank you Harris for a great stay!!

Harry’s place was well presented. The location was surprisingly very central to good eateries, grocers and more! The accessibility for tram use to Athens or the coast was a bonus! The shower is a bit funky as the design is a little flawed. And the bed squeaks in certain places. Other than the shower, the space was overall accessible. I did clean most dishes before usage as they were dirty from dust, waiting so long to be used.

Generally the place was just like the photos. Beautiful apartment and cozy, with anything you might need. You are basically on the square of Nea Smyrni, very convenient and all very easily accessible. There were issues that didn't ruin our stay, but in case we stay in the apartment again we would like to be a little more thoughtful. For example, the apartment was not properly cleaned, so one towel had stains and the sink has a few shaving hair. Luckily it had a washer, so the towel washed. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom didn't freeze enough, so we had to leave the other air conditioner in the living room to cool the space, but this is something that's easy to fix and luckily it wasn't that hot and it didn't bother us. In general, we are very happy with our stay, just hoping to give a little more attention to the cleanliness of the space because we would love to come back again!
