Let’s start with the good. Harry and Velia were super nice, responsive, and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay easier, including accommodating an early check-in. The location is excellent—close to all the action without being right in the middle of it, and just a short walk from everything you need. The apartment is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and overall it’s a very nice place. The main downside was the cleaning. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady did a poor job, and the apartment, especially the floors, was still noticeably dirty afterward. The kitchen was also very minimally stocked. It would have been nice to have basic essentials like olive oil or other cooking oil. The only coffee available seemed to have been left by previous guests and had a strange taste. These are small things, but a cleaner apartment and a few basic kitchen supplies would have made the stay much better.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Large terrace. Within walking distance of the main attractions and well served by public transport. Our contact, Romain, was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

The most remarkable thing about the trip for the whole family was the well-chosen accommodation. Great for 6 people and 1 baby. Very spacious and with a very good layout. The rooms are located in the inner part of the flat to ensure a great night's sleep. Having two bathrooms has also helped a lot in terms of living together. And the prospect of a rooftop terrace is very appealing. Harry was very attentive at all times and responded immediately. We're very grateful for all the help with the taxi transfers (one of the couples was arriving a few days later and they organised all our journeys). In short, staying in this apartment made our experience in Athens unbeatable. Thanks, Harry!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and had a nice balcony with a partial view of the Acropolis. The location is convenient – many attractions, restaurants and shops are within easy reach on foot. The host was friendly and responded quickly to messages. Overall, we are happy to recommend the place.

The house is very close to Monastiraki Square. The furnishings were new and the house was clean. Harry helped with early check-in and late check-out. The house has a lovely terrace. They prepared refreshments like tea and coffee for us. You can find everything you need in the house. I recommend it for accommodation.

Our stay was terrific. The apartment is well-equipped, the bedrooms spacious, and the balcony such a pleasure to relax and lounge. The partial view of the Acropolis a great sight, especially at night! We loved being in walking distance to so many historical sites, restaurants, bars, and shops. Harry was an excellent host and super responsive. Definitely recommend!

The location is good, but overall it was a very disappointing stay. The sofa was too old and dusty to use, and there were cigarette butts left on the terrace. On our first night, there was no running water—we couldn’t shower or use the bathroom despite being told it would be fixed by 11 p.m. The issue continued into the next day, and the host only suggested using a nearby restaurant’s bathroom with no real solution. After complaints, we were moved to another apartment, but unfortunately, it was broken into and we suffered a huge financial loss. Be aware that the cleaning company has access to the keys and there is no CCTV at the entrance, so security is a serious concern.

Apartment was a great, spacious place to stay in the middle of the city. Walkable to lots of restaurants and locations to visit. Elevator to 8th floor so don’t need to deal with any stairs. Nice, big balcony to relax with a view of Acropolis from an angle. Three of us stayed with our own bedroom which was nice . Big, comfy beds with great AC. I’d highly recommend.

The apartment was a spacious 3 bedroom, clean, with everything you need. Comfy beds, quiet bedrooms, air conditioning. The neighborhood was excellent. Close to great restaurants, Plaka, a walk to the metro and the acropolis! We stay in Athens every year and will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We stayed as 2 families, 6 people in total, we were very comfortable. The house was very clean and comfortable, just like in the photos. The host was very helpful, we were very pleased. The location of the house is great, we never used public transportation, it is within walking distance to everywhere, cafes, restaurants, markets are very close. I recommend it to everyone!

This place is a great location. One of my favorite restaurants Dopios is right across the street. There is so much going on in this area of the city and you are within a 5-10 minute walk of both the red line and blue line for the Metro/subway.

Great location. Spacious apartment. While we had a water issue thus was not the fault of the host or property. There was a water issue for the entire block. The host was willing to provide an alternate apartment but we chose w]to wait for the water company repair to the water service.
