I booked this apartment for my mother to stay in, and she had a very pleasant stay. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos, in a very nice location in Paleo Faliro, with good amenities, a large balcony and direct access to the beach. What stood out to me the most about this property was the kindness and responsiveness of both the owner and the manager, as well as their willingness to accommodate our request to check in earlier than planned. We felt right at home. Thank you!

I highly recommend this studio, especially for those who would like to combine a relaxing beach holiday with sightseeing in Athens. The flat's proximity to the beach and the ease of getting to the city centre by tram make it attractive. It is very nicely furnished, and you'll find everything you need, even a beach umbrella. We received a friendly, informative briefing, which was also helpful for exploring Athens. We felt safe and very well looked after here and will be happy to come back.

I had a lovely time! The apartment was perfect for a solo traveler. I loved the balcony and view of the ocean. Coffee,shops, and restaurant all in walking distance. Perfect

The apartment is small but clean and equipped with everything you need. It has a balcony with a sea view and an excellent location. The beach, supermarkets, and tram and bus stops are all nearby.

The apartman was really close to the beach, looked just like in the photos. Communication with the owner was good. It was close to the tram and there is a shop nearby. The only issue for us was that we could only check in to the apartman in the afternoon. If you dont like cats search another place, because there are lot of cats in the street and around the building.

Great location and very responsive host! We loved walking down to the beach and have sunset dinner there, sipping morning coffee on the terrace, convenient tram rides to city center and Piraeus for boat rides and ferries to the islands.

Everything was beautiful. When I entered the room, there was a clean, fresh smell. There were a few things missing and needed; 1. Lack of a full-length mirror. 2. There is no space in the shower area where we can put shampoos. 3. Pots without lids. Apart from that, everything was great, clean and tidy. Harry answered all our questions and took care of everything. It was a bit far from cafes and places to eat as it wasn't in a very central location. But there was a magnificent sea view. If it weren't for the construction in the back street, we could have enjoyed that sea view even more ☺️ Thank you so much for everything. Best regards

The host and his team were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they clearly care about making guests feel welcome. The sea is just minutes away so that’s a huge plus!

I would like to thank Harry for his wonderful hospitality! He is a very friendly and sociable host; he was always available and asked if everything was okay with us. Check-in was easy thanks to clear and understandable instructions. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos; everything is just as we expected. I would also like to highlight the excellent location: literally just a few minutes from the sea, which makes your holiday even more comfortable. I would confidently recommend this accommodation – it's an excellent choice for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you for everything!
