Great, very clean and quiet apartment. A bakery with a good range of sandwiches, cakes and also hot food, right around the corner. You can get to a lot of places on foot, but I would recommend an Uber (not expensive) because of the slopes.

The house is nice and has everything. You feel like a local in the neighbourhood. There are restaurants and bars a few streets away where the locals hang out, and it's very enjoyable. Very close to the Acropolis, a 10-minute walk. You should know that it takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the most popular places in Athens. It is very close to the Fix metro and tram stop, and you can go to different places by using this line.

This Airbnb stay was perfect! We stayed in Athens for two nights before heading to Mykonos, and the location could not have been better. Everything you need is within walking distance. We only used a taxi once to visit the large mall outside the area. Nearby there are countless bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and even a small wine shop right next door, which we loved. Our flight landed after midnight, and the Airbnb host arranged a driver who met us and let us into the property. That made the late arrival completely stress-free, which I really appreciated. The host was also extremely responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. On the day we left, unexpected rain started and they even offered us an umbrella before we headed out. Between the amazing hospitality and unbeatable location, we would absolutely stay here again. Plus, there’s a 24-hour restaurant only three minutes away! If we return to Athens, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, bright, and very clean apartment with tasteful minimalist decor and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location in Koukaki is great, with plenty of great local shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony was a nice bonus, although the view itself isn’t memorable . Harry and Petros were wonderful hosts…friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay.

The flat is very clean and located a great area: close to a metro station, near to markets, bars and restaurants and in a walk distance to all the archeological sites. The flat is also very comfortable, with all the appliances needed. It was great to have a washing machine. Nothing to complain about the accomodation.

The apartment was very tidy and looks like the photo, clean sheets, nice smell. Walking distance from all the restaurants, cafes & touristic places and very near to METRO startion harry & his local presenter (Petros) were very supportive around the clock I will definitely book there in my coming trips to athens and would HIGHLY recommend them

This Airbnb was absolutely outstanding. Although the apartment isn’t very large in terms of square meters, the layout is so thoughtfully designed that it feels incredibly spacious and comfortable. The space is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The bathroom is especially impressive—beautifully designed and more spacious than expected. The overall aesthetic follows a minimal, contemporary architectural style, with a strong sense of elegance and attention to detail. The design is simple yet bright, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The carefully selected decor, along with the lovely books in the space, adds a unique and personal touch. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Even though it is located next to a major road, this did not bother me at all and the apartment remains surprisingly quiet. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. I would definitely choose to stay in a place like this every time I visit Athens. Harry, was so helpful in everything. Impresive !

A good straightforward apartment in the Koukaki neighborhood; well-equipped, responsive host, comfortable, quiet and private. The apartment is one street in from the main street, so it's low traffic and walkable. Harry's friend greeted me to hand off the keys and show various points of interest on the map of Athens, which was very helpful. The apartment is recently renovated, and overall everything was good. I felt like the quality of the finishings was ok but not high-end (for example, the shelves, drawers, etc). Some details were overlooked, for example no towel hangers in the bathroom, although once I brought this to Harry's attention he delivered some temporary hooks to resolve the issue. The couch was comfortable to lounge on. The bed was ok, soft. Kitchen was well stocked and there's a Nespresso machine. A small elevator to the 2nd floor. Nice external shutters to block out light and sound. The view from the balcony is a rather derelict office building being gutted. Overall good.

A renovated apartment, very nice and comfortable, near the Acropolis Museum, the Arch of Hadrian. We are also grateful that they helped us to extend the stay and get transport to the airport very early

Great location, great communicative host, safe and central area, super convenient. However, the toilet and utensils was not very clean; AC unit was a bit small for the space and was not working properly during my stay and I have to say I am a bit disappointed on how it was not fixed during my one week stay.

Excellent accommodation for a stay in Athens! The location was very good, we were able to do a lot of things on foot and the metro is really not far away. The accommodation is air-conditioned and offers the appropriate amenities. A big thank you to Hanni for her hospitality and advice. We recommend!

I booked the accommodation at the last minute on the day of arrival, but Harry did everything he could to allow us to occupy the apartment early and relax. Communication was fast and smooth, the welcome was great! The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean, just like in the pictures. We had a great time! The street is relatively quiet, so it was possible to sleep and relax. The neighborhood is very well equipped, there are great restaurants, breakfast places, cafes, bakeries, shops and bars a few blocks away, a few streets away. The Acropolis and the historic city center are within walking distance. Great location and apartment, I highly recommend it!

Harry provided transport from the airport at short notice and was very accommodating to our travel. Hanni and Panos were very helpful and made getting to the apartment and checking in quite a pleasurable experience. The condo was as described and had no issues with anything. I highly recommend renting from Harry and his team.
