The space
THE SPACE: A charming first-floor mews apartment on Grafton Mews in the heart of Fitzrovia — 36.7 sqm / 395 sqft of bright, comfortable living, moments from Fitzroy Square. First floor, one flight of stairs, no lift.

LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining with a grey corner sofa bed, Smart TV, and a dining table for four set with glassware. Light pours in through twin windows beneath a vaulted ceiling — an easy place to unwind after a day across the West End, or to set up and work.

The flat is centrally located, within walking distance of St Pancreas station and close to Warrenstreet Underground station. Soho is also about a 20-minute walk away. The flat does need a bit of a makeover. It is a quiet neighborhood.

positive points: - perfect location less than 5 minutes from 2 different metro lines and bus stops. downsides: - you can hear the neighbors' conversations perfectly. no soundproofing. - the front door is dilapidated and slams very loudly at the slightest air call in the hallway, even in the middle of the night. you can hear everything going on in the hallway. - the front door has no lock, we can only slam it. - no key in the key box and very poor responsiveness to resolve our problem. - tiny kitchen, it's almost impossible to make food for 4. when you use one appliance, type toaster you have to unplug another one and move everything around because the cables are too short. - The sofa bed doesn't really have one, it's certainly convertible but it's not a real mattress. for one night it's complicated. - the apartment is dilapidated and renovated. - Bath products are of low quality

The accommodation is close to St Pancras train station and also tourist places (Mrs. Tussaud, Oxford Circus, Picadilly, ...). The listing is functional and matches the photos.

Great location in central London. Tube entrance only ~3 min walk away. Boiler was a tad bit noisy at night. If your neighbors are loud you will hear them.
