A double bedroom and sofa bed sleep up to four. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Tottenham Court Road stations are all minutes away, with Soho, Regent's Park and the West End on the doorstep. The space
THE SPACE: A light-filled one-bedroom apartment tucked down a quiet mews in the heart of Fitzrovia — 35.02 sqm / 377 sqft of well-arranged living with skylights and bright, airy interiors. First floor (top floor of the mews), one flight of stairs, no lift.

LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining anchored by a comfortable grey corner sofa bed, a soft blue feature wall, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. A round dining table seats four, with a floor lamp warming the space in the evenings — an easy place to relax or work after a day in Central London.

BEDROOM: A calm double bedroom set under the eaves, with a skylight, dual-aspect windows, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and bedside lighting. Hotel-quality linen throughout. The ensuite shower room leads directly off the bedroom.

BATHROOM: A bright, fully tiled ensuite shower room with a glass shower enclosure, heated towel rail, vanity basin, and mirrored cabinet. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchenette with wood worktops — induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. Everything needed for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

Impeccable accommodation, great location, central, 2 steps from the metro. The apartment was as described, very clean. The host is very responsive and pleasant. Thank you for this trip

This Airbnb was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Not only because many things in the apartment are broken or faulty, but because the agency that manages the apartment is completely unhelpful and unresponsive. This “Frankie” shtick isn’t cute. Avoid these properties. The Wi-Fi goes in and out and will work for a few minutes and then disconnect. I couldn’t load a webpage or send a text on the Wi-Fi. It’s shared with another apartment so you are unable to reset it yourself and you have to sit by the shared wall to get any semblance of a signal. There is construction going directly access the street so the apartment is loud in the morning. You will also be woken up by the light in the bedroom because the skylight doesn’t have a shade to close. I wouldn’t have been so displeased because sometimes things break or need tweaking, but the management company was completely unhelpful. It took them over 1/2 of my stay to fix the stove that was broken as well.

Easy to find and access by metro.👍 Self check-in , functional , clean , pleasant apartment.😊 We had booked for 4, 2 adults, 2 children , unfortunately the bed was made, but the sofa did not have bed linen, very disappointed! given 🫤😕 the price!😮‍💨 😵 So we did our best with the 2 small decorative throws found and a flat sheet from the bed.😥, because it was not hot in addition 😬 Also when we unfolded the couch, there was dust all along the backrest 🙄🫣 I recommend the apartment, but disappointed by the lack of linens to sleep on the sofa and the cleanliness of the sofa too. On the other hand, we enjoyed the opportunity to drink coffee and tea with cupcakes!🤗😋 thank you!

The stay was nice & the flat was comfortable. It is close to all of London’s amenities & the area was nice. There were a few quibbles that we had: 1- the shower took quite a while to get warm, however if you put it on a few minutes before you want to shower it isn’t a problem. 2- there was quite a strong smell of cooking from the downstairs flat. It didn’t enter our accommodation but is fairly strong on entering the communal area. 3- the building has been repurposed so sound from neighbours can be an issue. We were able to hear conversations with our neighbours. Again, not a deal breaker but if you’re looking for complete privacy I’d recommend some of Frankie’s others properties. Overall a pleasant stay & can’t complain for value for money! Would definitely recommend Frankie’s as a host in general & will use them again.
