Amazing location and easy to check in and out. Spotless clean and everything we needed. 30 min easy walk from Euston station. Great for theatres. Flat was very hot day and night, aware it’s high summer but wow. Always warmer out on the streets. Also mattress springs were digging into back. 2nd night I ended up sleeping feet to headboard just so springs were on legs not my back. Would come back again when cooler and hopefully new mattress.

Great location! Close to hustle bustle yet isolated enough to get peaceful night of sleep. Covent Garden has a lot to offer! Many theaters, great restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Apartment is close to public transportation. Many attractions are 15-30mins walk.

The apartment is in a very good area surrounded by the Covent Garden theatres! The apartment is very clean and the area is very quiet and peaceful!

Terrible experience from start to (premature) finish. The customer service issues began immediately. It was next to impossible to get a straight answer about anything. I felt like I was constantly fighting for answers to simple questions. They did disclose in the listing that the lifts in the building were “unreliable”. After booking, I inquired and whoever responds to the messages guaranteed they were fixed. When my client arrived after a transcontinental flight, there was a sign on the lifts from 8/1 (over two weeks ago) that they were completely broken. The flat was on the 5th floor. The answering system said that they knew of the problem and were doing everything they could to resolve it, aka a complete change of tune from their previous message. We had to scramble to find a new accommodation for her. Would highly suggest booking with individual owners as opposed to a larger company who clearly doesn’t value their guests.

We had a fantastic stay in Frankie’s apartment. It fully lived up to our expectations and met all our needs. The location in the heart of Covent Garden was ideal – close to the Underground, great restaurants and the vibrant market. We will definitely be coming back and can highly recommend the place to others.

Frankie's place is very well located, super centric, yet not on the road so there is no street noise. You can totally walk anywhere, lots to do within 5mins walk. The apartment is large, with a well furnished kitchen. There is a small park next to the building so there is a bit of noise when kids go out of school early afternoon, otherwise is it very quiet and peaceful, you will not believe you are in the center of London! Will defenitely come back.

The good: Almost everything! It’s a beautiful flat that’s very modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the little touches like umbrellas and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is spacious. There’s plenty of natural light, it overlooks a nice park, and it’s quiet and peaceful at night. The building is nice and modern, access is easy, and the area felt very safe. There were lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and there are nearby underground stops. Awesome location! The bad: The mattress is terrible, you can actually feel the metal wires inside it, which made it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I don’t know if it’s old or just cheap, but it was strange to be in a luxurious flat that has such an awful mattress. If the mattress situation gets fixed, whether by being replaced or by adding a nice, thick memory foam topper, this place would be five stars plus!!!

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of London. I felt safe and at home at all times. Wonderful location, beautiful and clean apartment in a great building. Would recommend to anyone visiting london and interested in staying close to some great food markets, restaurants, cinemas and the theatre district.
