LIVING & DINING: Open-plan living and dining under characterful pitched ceilings, with a sofa bed, armchairs, a Smart TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker. A full dining table seats six — equally suited to a working day, a shared dinner, or an evening in after the West End.

BEDROOMS: Two double bedrooms. The primary has built-in wardrobes, bedside lighting and a wall-mounted TV; the second is a calm, well-proportioned double with bedside storage. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

For check-ins Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, all KeyCafe lockbox codes and instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival. Outside these hours or at weekends, please share your ETA so a member of our team can meet you at the property to complete check-in (6pm–midnight).

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
