The space

Ground-floor entry, with bedrooms and living space spread across the levels. Central heating throughout.LIVING AREA: Open-plan lounge and dining beneath a bright skylight, anchored by a corner sofa (with sofa bed), a Smart TV with soundbar and media hub, and a dining table seating six. Bold "Frankie Says…" neon over a deep-blue feature wall gives the room its signature. Comfortable for a working morning or a group dinner in after the theatre.
BEDROOMS: Two king bedrooms, each with built-in storage, a desk, bedside lighting and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Distinct feature walls in each — one pink, one blue. Hotel-quality linen throughout.
EN-SUITES & BATHROOMS: Both bedrooms have their own en-suite. The master features a freestanding bath plus a separate walk-in glass shower and twin basins; the second is a sleek walk-in shower room in white metro tile with black fittings — two full bathrooms making six guests genuinely workable.
KITCHEN: A fully fitted galley kitchen in brushed steel and wood — induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. Everything needed for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

Fantastic location! Clean and tidy and lots of space. Only criticisms were the TV didn’t work. Simple aerial problem that wasn’t spotted and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Clock not working and not enough plates/glasses. But insignificant in the grand scheme of things

Well not my favorite stay. The positives were the location was amazing and quiet- right in the heart of it all. The flat seemed clean and had most things we needed for our stay. The biggest negative was the lack of customer service. We arrived in the evening , and found the pull out couch (a bed for two of our kids) to be broken. We called the emergency number since it was after hours and were told to text them about the situation. No one got back to us until much later the next day -so my kids had to cram on the couch to sleep! They did arrive the next day with an aero bed and fixed the hinge on the third night of our stay-but I did have to keep reaching out to address the situation. Thankfully they did compensate us for the inconvenience which means a lot.
