Very comfortable and beautiful apartment. The only downside is that it doesn't have an elevator, so for those who have a lot of luggage, it's a bit of a struggle. And the street is right in the middle of the bars, always a lot of people, noise, etc. But with the windows closed, you can hardly hear anything, it has good acoustics.
