The space
THE SPACE: A top-floor Soho penthouse on Old Compton Street with a private rooftop terrace — 45.1 sqm / 486 sqft of design-led living space, reached by 4 flights of stairs, no lift. A private internal staircase leads up to your own roof terrace. No air conditioning, but fans are provided on request.

LIVING AREA: Open-plan lounge and dining with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV and media hub for streaming, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and a dining table seating four. Floor-to-ceiling windows pull in light and rooftop views over Soho.

BEDROOM: A calm king bedroom with built-in storage and bedside lighting — a quiet retreat above the buzz of the West End.

BATHROOM: Contemporary bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, blue-tiled finish and complimentary toiletries.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped modern kitchen — Miele oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. Everything needed for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

The Flat was a good bargain for the price paid. Some minor items need improvement. - There was no Paper Towel to wipe any messes or any rags for cleaning up spills or messes. - For cooking and use of the kitchen for preparing meals, there is only the bare minimum items required to cook anything. No salt / pepper, olive oils ect that would be used in the preparation of any meal. It is required that you purchase your own kitchen basics if there is any plan to prepare a meal. - We made use of the clothing washer, which worked well but there is no detergent. We purchased some and left it for the next guest. The rooftop is nice add on, but does have exhaust fans from the restaurants in the same building, so you will smell food while outside. There is no AC, but there were plenty of Fans The shower knob for turning on water was broken and fell off. We put it aside and manually turned it. Overall it is a good value for the price paid, but small changes could make it great.

Great location if you want to be in the vibe of Soho. Place was as described and host was excellent with communication. Host was flexible with late checkout too. Would highly recommend.
