Guest access

Guests are welcomed via a meet-and-greet service 7 days a week, until 11pm. For arrivals outside these times, alternative arrangements can be confirmed in advance to ensure smooth access.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
