Guest access

Guests enjoy a smooth and personalised check-in experience. For arrivals before 11:00 PM, a member of our team will meet you at the property, provide a brief introduction to the apartment, and hand over the keys to ensure you are comfortably settled.

For arrivals after 11:00 PM, an alternative self check-in process will be arranged, with detailed instructions provided in advance to ensure a seamless arrival.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £25 covers you for up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
