BEDROOM: A calm, generous king bedroom with a tall upholstered headboard, built-in wardrobes, bedside lighting, and direct access to the en-suite. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

EN-SUITE & BATHROOMS: The king bedroom opens onto a marble en-suite with a glass walk-in shower. A separate guest WC with a sculptural marble basin serves the rest of the apartment — an often overlooked detail that makes a genuine difference when sleeping four.

The apartment is in a great location for access to the theatre district. And there’s tons of bars/restaurants in close walking distance. The downside is that the front of the apartment gets a lot of noise from the pub on the corner. Fortunately the bedroom is in the back and the noise doesn’t carry. The apartment is quite new and looks like the photos. The kitchen is well set up and very modern. A couple of things to know is that there is no door on the bedroom and no door directly for the shower area. There is a pocket door at the far end of the hallway, but if that door is open there is no privacy in the shower, so plan for that. I had some real difficulty with the light and HVAC controls as they’re very high tech and the switches weren’t in the rooms. They were either in the hallway or the front. For instance, to control the lights in the shower one must walk down the hallway to get to the switches. I understand that the owner is looking into addressing that.

I booked SoHo to be closer to the area so for me the location was key however with some apartments in SoHo you have to deal with the street noise which I knew was the case and I didn’t mind it but the noise is loud with the bar below and the early morning vans in SoHo but like I said no fault of the host. I paid for early check in but it was not possible and I have still not received my refund which they said would be processed two days after check out. The check in was frustrating as they said they sent the instructions but they didn’t then they to verify yourself which I did the previous day and they apologised and said system error. It wasn’t the cleanest and the door intercom didn’t work so I had to go down and let delivery drivers in but I didn’t mind that. The biggest issue was the constant messages sent to allow access to the apartment for plumbing. It was as if I was talking to different ppl with the confusion in messaging. Overall frustrating but bearable for a few days

Great location. Comfortable bed. Ac which was a must for our stay. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to get in if accessibility is a concern.

An absolute pleasure to stay in this flat! The location can't be beat a mere 5 minute walk max from the Dean street exit of the Lizzie line right in the heart of Soho and close to everything you could possibly need. The flat was very clean and had all amenities available especially the air conditioning which was absolutely vital during what was a wicked heat wave in London. The wifi worked perfectly which was key for me keeping up with work while away. The bed was very comfortable and the work desk area was extremely useful. The staff at Frankie Says were extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again in a heart beat.
