The space

THE SPACE: A sleek, design-led apartment in the heart of Soho — 824 sq ft / 76.5 sqm of considered interiors across an open-plan living area, two bedrooms, two marble bathrooms, and a guest WC. Air conditioning and central heating throughout. Second floor, two flights of stairs, no lift.

LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining with a plush sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and a fully set dining table for four. A space that works equally well for a working morning or a relaxed evening in after Soho.

BEDROOMS: A super king primary bedroom with built-in storage, bedside lighting, and direct access to the en-suite. A second king bedroom — equally generous, hotel-quality linen throughout. The sofa bed in the living area sleeps two additional guests comfortably.

BATHROOMS: The primary bedroom opens onto a marble en-suite with a glass walk-in shower. A second marble bathroom serves the second bedroom, with a separate guest WC for the living area — a detail that genuinely matters when sleeping six.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location truly could not have been better. We walked to shows, restaurants, shops and so many of the places we wanted to experience in London. When we needed to go farther, hopping on the Tube or other public transportation was incredibly easy. We saved so much time AND money simply because of how central and walkable this location is! We had originally booked somewhere else and ended up moving, and we are SO happy we did. This was the perfect home base for our London trip. The apartment itself was wonderful and we loved the layout, lighting, city view and especially the heated floors! The shower was fantastic too. Check-in was simple with very clear instructions, and Frankie and the team were incredibly friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was wonderful and very accommodating, including allowing us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is beautifully maintained and feels very high-end, with Miele appliances, excellent air conditioning, and heated bathroom floors. The location in Soho is fantastic and perfect for exploring the area. A couple of things to note: being near a pub means it can get a little noisy at night, but we felt that was a fair trade off for such a great location. There is also no elevator, so be prepared for 10-15 stairs with luggage. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the property. The space was comfortable and we had a generally positive experience. There were two issues that I do think are worth mentioning. The evening before, we were informed that there would be an inspection at the property the following day. I completely understand that inspections may occasionally be necessary, but I would have appreciated at least 24 hours’ notice, especially while staying in the home. There was also a leak in the bedroom during our stay. We reported it and were told that it would be fixed, but unfortunately it was not resolved before the end of our stay. Overall, we liked the property, but better advance communication regarding access to the home and a quicker resolution of maintenance issues would have made the experience much better.

Great apartment, spacious, modern and very well kitted out. Perfect location right near Oxford street and the restaurants and bars of soho literally on the doorstep. Can get a bit noisy at night. Didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper stick to the amazing master suite at the back!
