Exactly as it looked in the photos and excellent location in the centre of Soho - but in a courtyard behind the Main Street which felt private and safe. Comfortable beds and good showers. Communication excellent. A couple of bits felt a bit tired which is why it got a4, not a 5.

The two bed house is accessed through a gated entrance of very busy Dean street, yet once inside it is so tranquil and quiet. The place looks exactly as the photos outlined and the description- clean, modern and high-end. A minor point to note is that the ground floor bedroom has very limited hanging cupboards for clothes, even though there are several built in cupboards housing what appears to be electrical units. The master bedroom upstairs however more than makes up for that limitation. Generally a lovely stay in a brilliant location with attentive hosts.

The Soho duplex is a quiet home in the center of the world. Very large apartment walking distance from everything - great restaurants literally just outside the alleyway. Very easy check in/check out instructions, quick and easy communication with the host team, stocked kitchen. The top floor master is large and comfy, the bottom guest bedroom is c slightly smaller but also very convenient. Floor/wall heating in the bedroom/bathroom. Could very conveniently hosts a family of 4 or 5, or two couples. I'll be happy to stay there again when visiting London!

Location wise you are right in the thick of it, a 5-10 min walk to everywhere in the West End. The noise that comes with that was actually ok, the master bedroom can hear noise from the busy street but not as much as I feared (we stayed on a Saturday night!). Home is exactly as pictured, I didn’t appreciate the bedrooms are on split floors so if you’re staying with kids bear in mind they would be downstairs. Check in and out very straightforward using the Frankie platform, automated proactive messaging is a nice touch, very well organised.

Unbeatable location, you are right in the middle of everything, and well connected, few meters from an underground station The place is gorgeous and spacious, we had a great time, spent new year there and noise isolation was amazing! Totally coming back

Great stay. The apartment was comfortable and in an amazing location tons of restaurants and sights within walking distance. We only took the metro once to see Tower Bridge. Super convenient and perfect for a few days in the city. Would happily stay again.

What a fabulous place to stay in the heart of Soho! This apartment is tucked away down a trendy mews, very easy to access and very modern. The place was clean, well designed and with an amazing master bedroom suite. Going out in the evening was convenient & the apartment is well placed for a variety of activities - we felt very looked after, so thank you Frankie Says! Fabulous hosts!!

Really enjoyed this stunning home in Soho. Minor leak when we arrived but it was sorted out within hours. Host was very responsive. Would stay again.

What an experience- great place great location super host - always responsive -the house is very tastefully done - I was visiting with my parents and they have mobility issues so the layout of the house the location close to the Underground- it was idea - I had a bit of an issue at time of check out but everything was smooth ! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Central London

Very good check-in experience, great location and well-equipped. Although the bedroom is not directly facing the street, it is next to all kinds of restaurants and bars, so it may be a little noisy at night on weekends.
