The space

THE SPACE: A private mews-style duplex in the heart of Soho — 128.2 sqm / 1,380 sqft across two floors, fully air-conditioned throughout. Connected by an internal staircase, no lift.

LIVING AREA: A generous open-plan living and dining space anchored by bold velvet sofas, a gold coffee table and a wall-mounted Smart TV with a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. A dining table seats six comfortably, and a Marvel pinball machine adds a genuine talking point — equally suited to entertaining a group or a quiet night in after Soho.

KITCHEN: Fully integrated dark-wood cabinetry with marble worktops and splashback. Miele ovens, induction hob, Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine [confirm] — everything for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

MASTER BEDROOM: A standout open-plan bedroom with a marble feature wall, built-in shelving and a luxurious open en-suite. Hotel-quality linen throughout.

SECOND BEDROOM: A calm, comfortable king bedroom with built-in storage, ambient lighting and a wall-mounted TV.

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.

Very nice loft in a phenomenal location in London! I visited with my two young children and we enjoyed our stay very much. The loft is very modern, clean and spacious. The location is A+ with things to do around the clock, and super easy access by foot and by tube.

Exactly as it looked in the photos and excellent location in the centre of Soho - but in a courtyard behind the Main Street which felt private and safe. Comfortable beds and good showers. Communication excellent. A couple of bits felt a bit tired which is why it got a4, not a 5.

The two bed house is accessed through a gated entrance of very busy Dean street, yet once inside it is so tranquil and quiet. The place looks exactly as the photos outlined and the description- clean, modern and high-end. A minor point to note is that the ground floor bedroom has very limited hanging cupboards for clothes, even though there are several built in cupboards housing what appears to be electrical units. The master bedroom upstairs however more than makes up for that limitation. Generally a lovely stay in a brilliant location with attentive hosts.
