The place is beautiful, centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The AC was great. Patio was cool. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for the price point. When we got there the lockbox wasn’t the correct code that they had given us. We messaged our issue in the app and received a super quick automated response but really not much help to get in. I ended up finding a phone number and calling and eventually the lady gave me a code to get in to the lockbox over the phone.. with still no response in the app. Once inside someone called to see if we were still outside waiting to get in, at which point I let them know that we were inside and that there was no hot water. We quickly figured out how to reset the water heater, which was off. The shower did not drain (like at all) it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. It took some time to clean up, so we checked out 15min late. Cleaning people were there right at 10am checkout. Not the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. But very cool area.

I needed a place to stay near the office and had been away for 10 days before London, not wanting another hotel. Despite being above a very noisy pub, which incidentally is one of my favorite pubs in London, it's really quiet inside. The apartment is perfectly laid out and was a really comfortable and easy stay. I felt safe, everything was clean and lovely, and the building smells like a spa which was such a nice way to enter. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again. The team managing properties is so nice and helpful. They sent proactive messages, made sure I got in okay, and replied almost immediately with the very few questions I did have. Thank you! Would happily stay at this apartment again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Soho, London. The location was fantastic — right in the heart of Soho, with endless selections of restaurants, pubs, shops, and other entertainment all right when walking out of the door. It is a very spacious place and had everything I was looking for. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The space was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the coffee machine and the beautiful, relaxing terrace. The bathroom is modern, newly‑renovated and very clean. Would definitely come back!
