Tall period windows look out over Goodge Place, and the dining table comfortably seats up to 6 — equally good for a long group dinner or a quiet working morning.

BEDROOMS: Two calm double bedrooms on the lower level, each with a comfortable double bed, hotel-quality linen, mirrored wardrobes and bedside lighting. A restful retreat after a day in the West End.

BATHROOM: A bright, fully tiled bathroom with a bath and overhead shower (rain head plus handheld), large basin with mirror, wall-hung WC and a tall storage cupboard. Fresh towels and toiletries provided.

Self check-in is provided via a secure lockbox located at the property, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Your lockbox code, access details and all relevant arrival instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-in.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
