Sybille was great at communicating and answered everything I asked promptly. We had a few strict dietary requirements and Sybille was very accommodating with this. We had 3 staff in the house to cater to our needs and they were all lovely. The outside of the house was as described but some of the interior on the inside has changed quite a lot and I would describe it as very dated. The drinks inside the villa were quite expensive - But we knew before coming we were not allowed to bring anything inside of the villa as this was communicated prior. For what we paid, I would say overall we were satisfied.

The Villa looked good like in the photos and the location was in a nice part of town. Sybille was great with communication up to the time of booking. The owner however has some unstated house rules that we were not aware of when making the booking. The owner Thierry did not allow any food or drink outside and wanted us to pay for everything. He even charged 5 euros for a few ice cubes. We had to negotiate in order for us to be allowed to bring bottled water to the house. The basic breakfast was included and there was a 5 euro option to upgrade to a Moroccan breakfast which we did. It is definitely not worth upgrading. The house staff were very nice and pleasant. The driver was very helpful, punctual and easy to contact. Considering that we paid over £3000 for 4 days, we didn’t expect to be confronted over a few beverages and snacks. It was clear the owner just wanted to make as much money as possible and did not want to make his guests welcome. We will not be booking again

This was an amazing property. The architecture and aesthetics are amazing! Suma, the guard, was great and he and the staff were always willing and able to help. Make sure to read all of the rules. If you have friends locally in Marrakech there is an 80 euro charge if they come over. We asked Terry explicitly and the rule is anytime we have a guest come through the front doorswe will need to pay the 80 euros.

We have stayed at villa for 4 nights (a family of 6). Villa was the same as at the pictures. Yunus (Samuel’s assistant) was in touch 24 hours. If we needed something we got it. For example, we asked for hairdryer and he brought 5 (as there were 5 women). Isador was always at villa so we even didn’t need to have the keys. The villa is quite close to the center (5-10 min), but you need a car to get there (the host can organize the transfer). The villa was clean, and it even seemed that they clean the curtains before we checked in, as they put them the next day. The breakfast was nice. It is very important that Yunus did his best when we asked for something. Thanks for everything. We highly recommend to stay at this place.

Terry and his team will put you at ease, a discreet but efficient and available presence, they are the real added value of this property. Otherwise everything is close as in the pictures.
