The space

THE SPACE: A bold, design-led duplex unlike anything else near Covent Garden, spanning the ground and lower ground floors and connected by an internal staircase. Large-scale original artwork throughout, with a tall staircase window and skylight bringing in natural light. Every room has its own personality. No air conditioning; central heating throughout.

LIVING AREA: Deep navy velvet sofa, marble coffee table, Smart TV, and a curated art collection spanning the full width of the wall. Bar-height dining for four — equally suited to a working breakfast or an evening in before the theatre.

TWIN ALCOVE: A characterful ground-floor alcove with two single beds, rattan headboards and hotel-quality linen, set against a floor-to-ceiling botanical wallpaper and warm ambient lighting. A proper second sleeping space. Please note this alcove is open to and accessed from the ground-floor living area, not a separate room.

BEDROOM: Up the staircase, the king bedroom is a calm contrast to the vibrancy below — clean lines, original artwork, and direct access to its en-suite.

TWO BATHROOMS: The ground-floor bathroom is clad in full-height black marble with matte black fittings and a rainfall shower — dramatic and genuinely luxurious. The upstairs en-suite takes a warmer tone: natural stone tiles, a sculptural stone basin, and a rainfall shower. Two different experiences, both considered.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with Miele double ovens, induction hob, full-size fridge and all the essentials for a self-sufficient stay.

Check-in is easy and flexible. A lockbox is located on-site, and all access codes, along with full check-in instructions, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival to ensure a smooth and seamless entry.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £25 covers you for up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
