Despite a good location, the experience of staying with “Frankie Says” was terrible. All communication responses are scripted and sound AI generated, even when we asked for a human to respond to the queries. After paying, we were sent a third party website to upload personal information which we queried via Airbnb as there was no mention of this requirement upon booking. After Airbnb resolved this, we were still sent an additional 12 automated messages asking for this. The address provided does not show up on google maps so we used the pub address to navigate. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made and when we opened it, it was filthy and had crumbs all over it so, we closed it and slept on top of the couch. The wood under the fridge was moulding and our water in the fridge tasted like mould after a day. On the last 2 days the front door no longer locked and when we told them, nothing was done and we received no reply. Worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.

An absolute palace in the middle of Soho! This apartment couldn't have been better. It's incredibly spacious, bright, clean, and feels truly luxurious. Having two bathrooms (one with a bath) and a lovely little balcony made the stay so comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, though you won’t need it with all the amazing restaurants just steps away. The host responded amazingly to every request or question. We were genuinely so sad to leave, cannot wait to come back!
