Stay in the heart ❤️ of Old Antibes in this recently refurbished, well-equipped studio with a balcony, minutes from beaches, the Provençal market, and with bars and restaurants at its doorstep.
Due to its size (26 sqm, 37 sqm with mezzanine), the flat is ideal for up to 2 travellers, who can choose to sleep on the mezzanine floor mattress or the Muji sofa bed in the main living space.

🔑 Self check‑in using a smart lock (instructions provided before arrival). Two sets of keys are provided for comfortable access during your stay.
Guests with REDUCED MOBILITY, please consider:
• The studio is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs (24 steps), and there is no lift.
• The mezzanine is accessed by a spiral staircase and has limited headroom (160 cm). The sofa bed in the main space can be used instead.
• There is a small step into the shower and toilet area.
• Taxis cannot stop directly at the door, as the Old Town is pedestrianised in the afternoon and at night. Drop‑off is at a roundabout about a 5‑minute walk away; the same applies to parking.
Travelling with CHILDREN:
• The apartment has stairs leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, which may not be suitable for young children. Safety gates cannot be installed. Parents are asked to use their judgment when deciding if the space is appropriate for their children.
To help protect our community, we use secure guest screening by Truvi and BoomNow. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form to verify your ID as part of this secure process - completing it before check-in is compulsory and will ensure smooth arrival.

- Only the number of guests listed in your reservation may stay overnight. Contact us if extra guests join your trip.
- Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
- Please treat the space with care. Do not move or remove furniture and items—you may be charged for damages or excessive cleaning.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
2. Respect for Neighbours
- Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud music, shouting, or gatherings).
- Please do not engage with neighbours—contact us via chat or call in urgent situations.
- Drones and other unmanned vehicles are not allowed without permission.
3. Fire Safety
- No smoking indoors (including vapes), in the courtyard or shared areas of the building.
- No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns.
- Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer or thumble dryer for drying clothes.
- Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits.
- EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed.
4. Cleanliness
-Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment.
- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee.
- Pets must never be left unattended.
- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. I loved the little balcony outside the apartment! It was my favorite spot to sit and enjoy my morning coffee ☕️❤️ Bonus: There’s a delicious gelato shop right at the doorstep! Highly recommend trying it! 🍦❤ And for lunch or dinner we love Chez Jules!!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, so convenient for exploring the old town and 2 mins walk to a lovely little beach. Easy uber pick up from the port for exploring further and all in all a really great stay. Bart was super helpful when it came to checking in and out and giving recommendations in the area. Will definitely re book next time we come to Antibes!

Before checkout
Just a gentle reminder, check-out is at 10:00 a.m. unless a later check-out time has been arranged in advance. The housekeeper will handle the cleaning, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could - remove the rubbish and recycling, - turn off the appliances and lights, - close the windows and lock the door of the apartment - text me to close them remotely.
