The apartment worked well for our family of 4. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. We appreciated the nice white linens and towels. The pictures are accurate but some things are more worn than they appeared. Good location — 10 minutes from the Portobello market and less than 10 minutes from the subway.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a great stay. The rooms were a really good size, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The host Bart was super helpful & friendly, and very quick to respond. Communication was excellent from start to finish.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d happily stay here again!

Bart is an extremely responsive host, always ready to do whatever he can to make your stay better. The place is great, especially if you’re travelling with family, as it has two bedrooms plus a living room. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance of two subway stations and grocery stores. Restaurants are also easy to reach on foot.
The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for us in London!

I stayed here with my daughter and son for six nights, and we had a great experience. The apartment is wonderful – just like in the photos, and even better in person. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a beautiful balcony overlooking the canal. Everything was spotless.
A big plus was that so many everyday essentials were already provided – shampoo, soap, detergents, cleaning products and plenty of kitchen basics. These small details made our stay much easier and more comfortable.
The building is very clean, the neighbourhood feels safe, and the location worked perfectly for us. Several Underground stations are within a 10–15 minute walk, the bus stop is very close, and shops, including Sainsbury’s Local, are just a few minutes away.
Bart is a true Superhost. Communication was excellent and getting into the apartment was very easy. I was a Superhost myself, so I know how much effort it takes to maintain a place to this standard.
We would absolutely recommend Bart’s apartment

La casa di Bart è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno a Londra. Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo avuto 2 camere matrimoniali e un letto doppio in soggiorno (che era come una terza camera). Lenzuola e asciugamani tutti pulitissimi e anche le stoviglie in cucine e in bagno.
Unica cosa che sostituirei (quando sarà possibile) è il piano della cucina, perché il legno è più difficile da tenere pulito e da trattare rispetto a un materiale sintetico.
La metropolitana e gli autobus sono tutti vicinissimi. Nei dintorni ci sono anche dei pub dove sorseggiare una birra in riva al canale (little Venice) quando si ritorna a casa stanchi la sera. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Check-in was extremely easy at this property. Any issues that we had along the way we’re very quickly responded to by Bart and the rest of his staff. They were extremely helpful, very friendly, and really made us feel right at home. The property itself is extremely clean, well lit, with a nice cool breeze. It was in a great location and all of the furnishings were very comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the showers! We really loved our stay, especially because everything was very close to the location. It made it very easy to get an Uber or tube and go to many of the main attractions in London. It was also very quiet, which made it quite peaceful. I would highly recommend staying!

Bart was responsive and the location was convenient. Internet connection was good and great for working. Space was as advertised with plenty of kitchen supplies and a large fridge. Stayed during heatwave and every room had a fan. Thanks for a great stay!

The conditions of the unit do not warrant the price paid. Short term rentals are not allowed and we we made very uncomfortable to be there. The furniture is IKEA and need replacing, the sofa had stains, cob webs in the entrance. For the price I would consider other options. We paid 5 star rates and this unit is at best a 2 star.

It was lovely to sit out and enjoy the wildlife, beautiful plants and notice life going along the canal. It entertained our kids. Communication with the host was supreme - couldn't have been better. It's a very spacious apartment, spotlessly clean with fantastic towels. It has absolutely everything a family needs, from yoga mat and hairdryer to a clothes horse and babybath. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was a real crowd pleaser - our kids were fighting over who got to sleep on it at night. We would highly recommend it, it was quieter and away from the hustle and bustle of the city noises. Location is fantastic, 10mins to a tube stop and bus stops very close - we caught more buses and really enjoyed seeing the streets of London which you miss when you take the tube.

It is a 10 minute walk to either Westbourne or Royal Oak. It is a great quiet spot and it was lovely having coffee in the morning on the porch or overlooking the canal. Plants on the porch are a nice touch. It was warm when we were there. A fan would have been lovely.

We had a wonderful stay and can absolutely recommend this apartment! We spent a week in London and everything was just lovely. The apartment itself was very nice, and we felt comfortable right away.
It was also very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Communication with the host was excellent, everything was easy and smooth.

Convenient location 10 minutes from the tube and 5 from bus stops. Can be to London in a 40 minute tube ride. Nice canal view. Walkable area near restaurants.

We traveled as a family of 5, with two big teenage boys. This gave us the space we needed to get good sleep! The place was clean and warm and in a very quiet area. There were two convenient tube stations (5 min walk, 15 min walk) that we used to get everywhere we wanted to go in the city! It's a quick 15 min walk to Notting Hill for great restaurants and the Portobello Market. There is a nice pub around the corner for a bite to eat and a few convenience stores nearby as well. Would recommend for families needing a cost effective place to stay who are willing to use the tube and busses for transportation. Uber was also convenient when we were going just a short distance.

Really easy communication, thank you for accomodating me. Access to building was easy, Nothing Hill area not far for going out etc... appartement is spacious and clean.
