Thank you Sybille… - for helping us arranging our stay - for your patience with me when I asked you so many questions😅. - for arranging our transportation with Abdou. And Fatima and her staff…you were all wonderfull. You welcomed all of us with smiles and great service. You made us breakfast and wonderfull dinners, cleaned our roomes and saw to that we always had clean towels by the pool. You shared your kitchen with us when we made food for the babies and children and even helped us clean up the pots and pans 😊. You were all great and we had a wonderfull stay!

Beautiful place and amenities. Staff was great and the host organized really good team for transporting us everyday. Marrakech is beautiful. Villa is a distance from downtown but the peacefullness makes up for it.

Wonderful stay at Villa Koutoubia with friends. The villa, garden, pool everything was perfect 👍 The villa is even better than in the photos. We were very well received by Fatima and Abdou, I recommend their service without a second thought. Communication with Sybille was very good from start to finish. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect stay at Villa Koutoubia! I spent a long 4-day weekend with my friends and everything was great. Fatima who is on site is a lovely and caring person, the meals were delicious. Getting in touch with a driver took away the stress of arriving and departing from the airport and made it easy to travel between the villa and the center of Marrakech. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a place to rest, have a good time and enjoy the outdoors (exceptional garden and pool)

Words cannot describe just how amazing our stay was! Sybille was always very helpful and responsive, accommodating the needs of myself and my group of friends as much as she could. She helped me sort out transport for the group, masseuses to come in and offered to assist with even more. The villa was absolutely stunning and surpassed the expectations in the pictures. Fatima was amazing and happy to help at all times, even ensuring we had a BBQ for our pool party on the last day. The food was superb and better than anything offered at hotels. The entire stay was amazing from top to bottom! Thank you to Villa Koutobia for making my 30th birthday amazing. I cannot wait to be back.

The Villa is just beautiful!! Very spacious and well-equipped, ping pong table, foosball table, billiards table. The villa is clean and Fatima is just EXCEPTIONAL, of rare kindness and very available. All the staff in place are very helpful. Had a really good birthday with my friends. The only downside is distance, it's imperative to have a car and a driver because the location is difficult to find when you're not in control of the place.

The setting is very nice. The garden area is ideal for the children. The rooms are spacious with bathroom included. The staff was very nice and at our service. They made us a barbecue that was great! The only downside was the showers and bathtubs that weren't very clean.

We stayed there with friends for 4 days and everything exceeded our expectations. Sybille was invaluable to facilitate the stay beforehand, Fatima and Abdou were great on site and made our stay more than perfect. The house is beautiful, and very well maintained. Same for lush gardens. The pool is also very clean and cleaned every day, with foutas availability. All the services offered are top notch, the amenities within the house as well, we slept very well. The trips to Marrakech are a little long but largely feasible in terms of the quality of the stay and the comfort of being a little outside Marrakech. Not to mention Oussine who was an outstanding driver during our stay. So thank you to the whole team, on site and in Sybille. We have highly recommended this place to already many of our friends and look forward to returning!

This villa surpassed our expectations - it is even better than the pictures! The staff at the villa are amazing, as is Sybille with helping before you arrive. We were a group of 11 girls and felt safe at all times and can’t wait to return back soon. I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough for a trip to Marrakesh. The villa itself is around 30 minutes out of the centre of town in a peaceful location, the actual villa is huge and beautifully decorated. The pool area is large and very clean, there is also a gym. All rooms have an en suite. We ate our meals in the villa and the food was delicious. Sybille also organised our airport transfers and a quad bike trip and both were organised perfectly. Please do book!!!

Everything in the villa is amazing.... almost perfect! Rooms are very large and comfortable, living and dining rooms very elegant and huge.... we were a party of 14 people and we never suffered about overcrowded spaces. The garden, the pool and the internal hamman also perfect! We spent a wonderful vacation thanks to the support a of Fatima and Abdou. They both took care of us and they always gave us very good suggestions for what to eat and where to go for sightseeing and for fun. fatima is a very good chef and she made us loving the typical Marocco’s dishes. In case I will be back to Marrakech I will for sure come back to this location and I’m absolutely recommending this villa for a fantastic staying in Marrakech! I also would like to thanks Sybille the host for the perfect organization and suggestion she gave us. Thanks again!

The house and gardens were spectacular, amazing hosts and great hospitality. Fatima was amaxing at taking care of us and the drivers were very punctual and had great service.

The villa is absolutely beautiful! Everything from the grounds, to the Hammam and jacuzzi are all impeccably designed. The house-staff we’re always available to help with any requests. In addition, the chef was able to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for my friends and I. Although English is not their language of choice, everyone did their best to accommodate. A pre-arranged chauffeur familiar with the area is advisable, as the location is quite far from Central Marrakesh (about 20-30 min in my experience). However, overall I would say I had a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to book this villa again.
