We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

beautiful quiet place, close to the lake, on foot quickly in Nernier. Lots of art objects in the house, which needs some attention with small children. Garden and pool are beautiful. Overall a nice summer week by the lake but at a high price level.

Very nice place with a privileged access to the lake. Hosts who are very welcoming and responsive. A pleasant family stay to visit - between two swimming - the surrounding area (France and Switzerland)

Private house. Good location. A bit outdated but nice pool. No Aircon so I would suggest to have at least fans in all rooms. Top bedrooms can be extremely hot in warm weather season. One bedroom is futon bed so expected hard to sleep on. Master bedroom no fan, so again hot. Overall ok but expected more for price. Plus side is nice & responsive owners.

Lovely house with pool, close the lakeside with a private pontoon so perfect for avid swimmers like myself! Very helpful hosts too.

We -a family of four with two teenage kids- had a great time at Evelyn’s house. Prior to the trip Evelyn was very responsive to our questions and the check-in was very smooth. The house itself is nicely situated in a gated community without traffic. The access to the private dock at the lake is a very short walk and a nice spot to enjoy the turquoise water of lake Geneva (and from there you can walk to Nernier or a large public beach). Our kids loved the pool at the house as well. A special treat was being able to eat from the fresh vegetables in the garden - somehow a homegrown tomato tastes so much better than the ones you buy! Thanks Evelyn for being such a great host and letting us stay in your house. If you want to stay in the Geneva area this is a treasure!

Absolutely perfect stay in this wonderful home. It had everything you needed for a family stay there. The attention to detail was incredible and we wanted for nothing. The access to the Lake was great and it was lovely to have a family holiday in this truly wonderful home with fantastic hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone ! Marvellous . We had a great stay at Evelyn and Michel's house place. The house is extremely spacious and organized into multiple spaces that allow you to seclude yourself in peace if you wish. There's even an office and piano. The kitchen is bright and extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the views of the vegetable squares and tomato feet and thank you for the flowers in front of the sink. Evelyn had taken care to clear us shelves in the cabinets and the fridge was almost empty, which was convenient. We had little opportunity to use the pool, but there too the equipment is at the top with different places to settle in according to the time and the sunshine, furniture, umbrellas and towels available. The house is located in a gated private lane so we are perfectly quiet and safe. Evelyn and Michel welcomed us in a very friendly way. Perfect hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are really friendly and the house is beautiful! It is so relaxing and we enjoyed the pool and the outside space to eat dinner. The sunsets were amazing. It is a great place to relax or come back to after a day of sightseeing. It is also a short walk to the lake or to Nernier. We loved it!

Recommended rental for spending pleasant moments, especially by the lake. Ideal location for flipping, even by boat,in an attractive area. The beautiful villages of Nernier and Yvoire are within walking distance. Spacious accommodation with complete amenities. Welcoming the most attentive.

Wonderful space - the pictures are accurate but don’t do justice to how it all comes together in an harmonious space that is wonderfully relaxing and invites to easy living. The pool and garden are wonderful and our kids absolutely loved it. The lovey dining spaces, first rate appliances, and a wonderfully appointed kitchen makes it a pleasure to eat in. A truly fantastic stay.

What a superb place to spend a week away from work and stress. The villa and its hosts were simply fantastic! We were expected with a warm welcome and a glass of rosé champagne. Besides receiving explanations about the house and property Michel and Evelyn gave us all kind of information and maps for the best hiking and bicycle trails in the area, places to visit, restaurants and shops. The house is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. From juice extractors, blender, rice cooker, veggie steamer, fondue set, couscous dishes to modern Plancha equipment, all is available. Unfortunately it was not warm enough to use the great pool but we could at least enjoy sitting in the confortable lounge chairs under these gorgeous palm trees. As soon as the sun came out we could also hang out on the upper terrasse overlooking the lake, or in the winter garden looking at the pool. The walk from the house along the lake to Nernier and Yvoire is really pretty. We walked it 4 times in a week. Suggestion: Michel and Evelyn should mention on your website that they also rent out their speed boat for the guests staying in their house. We will be back very soon!
