Absolutely perfect stay and recommended to everyone! Warm welcome by the owners and answering all questions with the concern to do well. Clean, tastefully decorated and spacious villa. Very practical kitchen with a lot of appliances. Functional bathrooms, very good bedding, fans in the bedrooms, beautiful and large upstairs balcony. The exterior is also functional and tastefully furnished, with a swimming pool, deckchairs of all kinds and comfortable, UV parasols and the possibility of eating outside, making a plancha and enjoying the vegetable garden and aromatic herbs. Pleasant subdivision, security and quiet with direct access to the lake and convenient pontoon. Walks along the lake to Nernier and Messery. Close to Geneva and Yvoire, very beautiful cities to visit. Don't hesitate, you'll love spending your next holiday there. Thank you Michel and Evelyn, don't change a thing!

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
