  We want you to unwind and enjoy your well-deserved holiday! However, to ensure a seamless and stress-free stay, please take note of the following guidelines and restrictions: - Guests that exceed the number booked for (including children) will incur an additional charge of R600 per person per night or not be granted access. - The building does not permit pets of any sort for short-term guests. - Rage and/or party bookings are not accepted. The owner/ host reserves the right to evict such guests. A refund will not be applied in such instances. • The security gate and front door self-lock when closed. Please ensure you have keys/remotes with you prior to leaving the unit. Any lost keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee of R800 per remote/key set. Guests may leave keys/remotes at security daily should they choose to do so. This is entirely at guests’ own risk. • A token-operated laundry facility with washers/dryers is available for guest is located on the ground floor of the building. Guest are requested to refrain from washing clothes/items in the unit or hanging items to dry in the unit over windows or security bars or furniture. A surcharge may be imposed in this regard. • This is a smoke-free unit; smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted. A deep cleaning surcharge is applied in instances where this occurs. - Disorderly, intoxicated guests may be removed from the property by security in case of unruly disturbance. No refund will be given in such instances. • Illegal behaviour, selling, or using of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction will be enforced in such circumstances. No refund will be given in such instances • As it is a high-rise building, precautions are taken at the windows for children, with clear bars installed. Please ensure they are not pushed or hung on in any way. Children are requested not to jump on furniture. • The use of the pool and all amenities is at own risk. Children under 12 must be accompanied on common property and supervised at the pool , common property and/or play areas by adults. The use of glass is not permitted at the pool. Diving and screaming are not permitted in the pool area. Please refer to previous indemnity information provided. • Loitering or inappropriate behaviour in common property areas such as passageways, elevators, or staircases. • Noise restrictions in the complex are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. • Kindly consider the neighbours and refrain from shouting, playing loud music/TVs, or engaging in unreasonably loud talking/shouting/ arguing. • Body Corporate rules apply to all guests, and any damage/theft caused by a guest to common property (or the unit and its contents) will be claimed from the guest. • One undercover parking bay is allocated per unit. Additional parking for one extra vehicle can be permitted with pre-approval from host pending approval from trustees. Registration number and number of vehicle/s to be provided to host prior to arrival. No tandem parking permitted. Trailers are to be parked in designated areas only. - Gutting and cleaning of fish is not permitted in the apartment and guests are requested to store fishing equipment in vehicles as the unit does not have amenities for this. A deep cleaning surcharge could be imposed. - Children U 18 are not permitted to use the gas canister and the fire extinguisher and first aid kit are to be kept out of reach of children. - Children are not permitted to be left unattended in the apartment. • Please ensure the unit is left tidy, and any unused food is disposed of before departure. Bins should be emptied, and black bags taken to the refuse disposal area before departure to ensure monkeys are protected. • All keys and remotes must be placed in the allocated spots before departure, and the outgoing set signed back in at the security office upon departure. Confirmation of this should be sent to the host.
