This is a spectacular apartment in the heart of Pezenas old town, a stones throw from the main square. It is spacious and peaceful with large windows and high ceilings. It is in a very old building and has been beautifully restored and maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs and has razor sharp knives. The beds are very comfy and the bathroom has a lovely rain shower., The decor throughout is very nice and tasteful. There is AC in the living room and kitchen and fans for the bedrooms. To top it off it has a very cute terrace with a bbq and awning shade. Forget about your vehicles and enjoy the freedom to walk everywhere in this beautiful town full of wonderful restaurants, arts, crafts and character! I highly recommend this apartment and will certainly be staying here on my next visit to see family in the local area.

We had a wonderful time at Sandra's flat in Pezenas. It is centrally located yet surprisingly quiet, it is spacious with nice high ceilings, and the kitchen is very functional and well equipped. The air conditioning was a definite plus, very pleasant in the warm summer period. We would be glad to stay again on a future occasion.

I just loved the perfect apartment for me better than the photos you have of everything you need and more perfect the best apartment of my trip until today thanks to Sandra for her apartment, when I arrived at the apartment it was already at a good temperature, and a detail had a bottle of wine with ✉️ a welcome envelope, nice detail. I highly recommend the apartment. It is perfect in every location, comfort ,cleanliness, Sandra and Linda's attention, the best goods

Great place to explore Pezenas and the region, seconds from all the action that this beautiful village has to offer. Place was in excellent condition, very clean and Sandra was very helpful. Wonderful location to base yourselves and explore the region, highly recommend.

Appartement Francois is a very lovely spacious apartment that offers everything you need during your holiday. It is easily accessible located in the towncentre of Pezenas with local shops, restaurants and bakeries very conveniently nearby. Public parking space is nearby (payed) at 1 min. walk from the apartment and free parking is a bit further away at 5 min. walk. You can load and unload your car quite close to the apartment for a few minutes, just ignore the 'no way'-sign and drive up to where rue Francois Oustrin begins. Pezenas is a beautiful historic town that offers plenty of great restaurants, nice artisan shops and local activities such as the 'Estivales de Pezenas' on Friday evening (wine and food tasting) and a large market on Saturday, both well worth visiting. Pezenas is a great starting point for discovering the surrounding area; the beautiful cities of Beziers and Montpellier and also many beaches, some caves and the river L'Herault for canoeing are less than an hour drive away. Communication with the owner Sandra went very swift and smooth, she really cares for her guests. We highly recommend Appartment Francois for a wonderful holiday in mediterranean France.

This is a great location for staying in the beautiful Village of Pezenas. Set in the “Historic Centre” of Pezenas it comes with air conditioning (lounge only), two good bedrooms (one double and one twin single) one shower room and one bathroom. It is well equipped very light and has a lovely small terrace. This was our second visit but not our last hopefully.

We stayed here in may 2019 and the apartment was wonderful!! Especially loved the fresh herbs on the balcony we could use and the abundance of all the glasses bowls etc. As we have a baby it was so great to have a go chair, travel cot and even toys to play with. The apparent is so cozy and smack bang in the middle of Pézenas. I would definitely stay again!

Just back from a week in Pezenas. All I can say is “wow”, what a diamond we found in this apartment! It is much bigger than I expected, so quiet and peaceful, filled with everything you could possibly need and still right in the heart of Pezenas, this beautiful, historic town. And it has the rare benefit of a terrace. The beautiful shops, and many eateries are all on your doorstop. Sandra (the owner) couldn’t have been more helpful and replied very promptly to any of my queries. The market on Saturday is truly a sight to behold (and partake in). Your only danger is buying too much food as it’s all delicious! I could not recommend this any more highly!

Such a lovely place - it's a lot more spaciouse than the pictures show. The terass is great for barbecueing and a good dinner, we fitted in 4 adults and 4 children one dinner on the terass. Everything was well prepared and very clean. The kitchen was fully equiped. Sandra also provided us with things for the beach, such as parasol and beach stols. They also provided with beach toys fpr the kids. The aparatment had a great location in the middle of the old town - so nice for strolls in the evenings. Love to go there again.
