Welcome to our charming and inviting 3 bedroom country cottage in Ararat. Recently refurbished, this adorable retreat offers a warm and snug ambiance, perfect for a serene getaway.
Situated just 30mins drive from the breathtaking Grampians National Park, our location allows you to easily explore the natural wonders of the region. Additionally, a leisurely 10-minute stroll will lead you to the heart of Ararat Town Centre.
- Main double bedroom with double bed and split system heating/cooling.
- Single room with a single bed and portable heater.
- Smaller bedroom with another double bed.
- Open plan lounge / dining space with a couch dining area table with plenty of seats.
Extra doonas & blankets are provided in the cupboard.
All linen and towels also provided. There is everything that you need in the house. Washing and drying machine in laundry. There is also a fold out cot if required.
House trained pets are welcome. The backyard is quite large, fully fenced and has a small fire pit and fruit trees. The house is located in a quiet street with mountain views. No internet just the next door neighbour's chickens and the mountain mist.
It's also only 30 min drive to the Grampians. Have fun!

There is free parking at the front of the house and also inside the carport. Town centre is only about 10 minute walk.Other things to note

The place itself was really great and exactly what we expected based on the listing. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were wonderful with communication. Unfortunately the location of the property was a bit further out of the Main Street in Ararat than we expected, so was very quiet and some of the neighboring houses/streets felt almost abandoned. Of course that is no fault of the Airbnb or the hosts, but just something to be aware of for those interested in staying.

A great place to stay for work or play in Ararat with your fur kids, if needed. I had troubles with the keypad getting inside, but the host offered to change the batteries. Not sure if it was me the user or the actual keypad. Well equipped house with everything you need to cook, comfy bed and great shower. Will return definitely 💯
