House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines: Be Nice: Treat our staff and contractors like the rockstars they are. Smoking: Allowed only outdoors, away from doors and windows. Don’t worry, the plants won’t mind. No Firearms: Leave your slingshots and cannons at home. No Fireworks: Because we don’t want your holiday to end with a bang (literally). No Illegal Activities: We’re not running a crime drama here. Keep It Down: Channel your inner ninja and keep noise levels reasonable. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed in the booking can stay overnight. No sneaky sleepovers. No Parties: Let’s keep it cosy, not crazy. Pets: Check the listing for pet rules. Fido needs a holiday too, but only if we said it’s okay. Checkout information Strictly 10am. Due to cleaning scheduling we cannot accommodate late check outs. Please leave the key to the property back in the lockbox. Replacement costs: $50 per key $150 per remote/fob Pet Friendly Features This property is suitable for pets Please check the fences and shut any gates. Do not allow pets on furniture or in bedrooms. Clean up after your animals before checkout otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the normal bin for waste. Family Friendly Features This property is suitable for children You will find: Porta-cot Amenities Heating Split systems & portable heaters Cooling Split systems Toilet Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little rubbish bin for everything else. Please DO NOT stand on the toilet seat, we sit on the toilet seat. BBQ This property does have a barbecue. We always aim to have a full gas bottle available but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. If you have found the barbecue dirty, we apologise. Waste Bin location: In front of the garage General Waste (red lid or small green bin) - collected weekly Recycling (yellow lid) - please do not put glass or soft plastics in the bin (use general waste bin) Green waste (bright green lid) - please do not put food scraps or pet waste in the bin (use general waste) Unless we send message and request, a Flairbnb team member will take the rubbish bins to the kerb for collection and put away again. Please make sure they have access to the bins from the afternoon prior to the bin collection day. Bin collection day: Wednesday Maintenance Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them quickly. We thrive on feedback so please help us to keep this property in top condition. Airbnb policy is that we have 24 hours to fix any urgent problem.
