Just 800m from glorious dog friendly Diamond Beach, guests enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of 3 tranquil, leafy acres combined with genuine big dog and horse friendliness, plus a private tropical pool, sparkling ocean views, sun filled rooms, quirky country coastal character/interiors & located in the undiscovered
During your stay you'll enjoy exclusive use of the whole beautiful house, pool and property. Your dogs will be relaxed and secure on the property in the huge fenced and gated house yard and safe and secure in the Doggy Day Pen if you need to go out, as well as happily enjoying the inside comforts of the home with you. Your horses will appreciate the lush 2 acre paddock, rainforest creek and access to 3 open and airy stables close behind the house.
The home is full self contained and very well equipped and comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms.
- Guests have exclusive use of the whole beautiful ocean view home, sparkling tropical pool and 3 acre property during their stay
- The huge 1 acre house yard is fully fenced with secure wire netting to ensure your precious pooch stays safely on the property with you
- Dogs welcome inside and out with you
- Unique Doggy Day Pen available (for if you need some 'alone time' during your stay)
- Guests bringing dogs have exclusive use of the unique Doggy Day Pen and huge, securely fenced 1 acre house yard (wonderful for doggy 'zoomies'!)
- Guests bringing horses have exclusive use of the well fenced, lush pasture improved paddock, 3 open stables and off street, drive through horse float parking. We ask horse holiday guests to text us when passing Bulahdelah so we know what time to meet them on their arrival. This allows us to assist them with unloading and settling horses in and parking floats etc.
- Guests are able to utilise self check in via an electronic lock, at a time that suits them most.
- If you'll be arriving after dark, please let us know so we can put some lights on in the house (or stables) for you. Or in winter, have the open fire lit when you arrive - so cozy!

We had such a relaxing and wonderful holiday at this fabulous house. Our girls just loved hanging out in the pool and our 7 month old Weimaraner was in hog heaven with such an amazing area to run around in. It was absolute perfect for her. She loved the dog beds especially the Bliss beanbags. Such a great idea for an Airbnb when you have a dog to accomodate. The house was set up perfect for all. So many quiet areas to get away to relax or just be in the mix. Dianne was so accommodating for us too. Thank you. We will be back again and we will definitely recommend. Thank you Dianne.

- Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking - Full contact details of primary booking guest (name, street address, email, Drivers Licence) must be provided within 48 hours of booking - Name and contact details of all guests staying must be supplied before arrival date. - No Schoolies or Bucks/Hens w/ends permitted - Quiet hours - 10pm to 7am please - 4 dogs maximum - 6 horses maximum - $50 per horse per stay, let me know how many you are bringing and I will request the payment. - Only dogs and horses accepted - sorry no cats or other animals - If bringing horses, the Horse Information Sheet incl PIC details and Insurance Declarations must be provided prior to arrival Failure to meet these requirements may lead to cancellation of your booking.

$173 Accidental Damage Protection Fee - Non Refundable, charged on all bookings.- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
